My experience with this company was absolutely unacceptable. We rented the VIP trailer for a 48-hour period and were assured by On Call that, despite not having access to an outlet, they could fully meet our needs with a generator. The first generator they delivered arrived with a broken throttle. The replacement generator repeatedly shut off, and despite our repeated attempts to get answers, we were told--incorrectly--that the issue was simply a lack of fuel, even though the machine was full. After hours of frustration, a so-called "technician" was sent out who did not even know how to turn the generator on--I had to show him myself. When he failed to resolve the issue, the COO came out personally, was also unable to get it running, and ultimately had to purchase a brand-new generator. Only at that point did the trailer function properly--meaning that out of the 48 hours we paid for, we had operational bathrooms for perhaps four. To make matters worse, the COO promised that the CEO would call me the following week to address the situation. I didn't hear from him for over two months--and only then because we refused to make our payment. The entire ordeal was a nightmare of incompetence, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism. I asked for a privacy fence and thats what i got. Im very happy with the workmanship and the guys that built the fence where very nice and respectful. They laughed the whole time so they are a good crew. The work was completed very quickly and the cost was slightly lower than average. This is the WORSE portable potty rental company on earth!!!! They take your money monthly but do not provide the services they promise. Our contract states weekly services, which means 4x a month, and we were only serviced MAYBE 2x a month if we were lucky and ONLY after a phone call to complain. We started services in Jan 21, and we didn't get our first service until mid Feb; every time they didn't feel like coming out to do their job, they would blame the weather or the roads or lie that they came but no one let them in. Even then, the managers, particularly their president ERIK, would put the blame on us. There is no customer service, accountability, or professionalism by ERIK or ANY of their management. We were made out to be the bad guys when we were in fact the neglected and avoided customers who paid monthly for weekly services that we barely got. The icing to the cake was when (out of the blue), ERIK sends his guy to come pick up the rental (late on a Friday) without any notice to me or anyone on our jobsite leaving my team without a bathroom ALL WEEKEND. If you are looking for accountability, customer service, professionalism, and a business who will live up to their word (who does not make up lies to cover their asses), THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!
