I have been thinking about how to review this company. We called Keith and Tyler to our home after a string of burglaries in our neighborhood. There was a constant problem with cars and houses being broken into. At the time we had another local monitoring company with just a standard house alarm. Keith and Tyler came to our house and spent four days setting up a surveillance system that encompasses our entire property. They spent time camouflaging the cameras and hanging them in the trees. This company is a family business. They work hard and live in the community that they serve. Their level of commitment to us even after three years is heartening. When we call Keith answers and does his best to fix any problem we have. And oh by the way we have caught four people breaking into our neighbors and ours as well. We switched monitoring from our home alarm to witness and have never looked back. We are looking to move soon and have already contacted Keith for a complete system for the new house. This is probably one of the best alarm company in Tulsa ... I like this company because of their service ... Quick/professional. Turn around time is fast. Problems got fixed in timely manner. Our business and home are now secured with this company. When it comes to your home/Business and the safety of your love ones... Have this company served you, it will give you a peace of mind. The owner are very detail orient, he listen to your issues/concern and give out the good advice. This company is not as big as other company I had used before, but it does a better job than the big ONE. You talk to a real person voice (no answer machine) on the phone ... I have and will continue to recommend witness security! I was so happy with the service I received. I called and had an appointment within a day to get my system activated. The installer was great and efficient, Keith was very thorough in explaining everything. I loved that I didn't just feel like another job to get done that day. They took the time to show me everything, walk me through it all, double and triple checked it, and let me know that if I ever needed anything to give them a call anytime, and you could tell he meant it! On top of all of that, it was the best rate I had found. So I'm getting a great price, on a great system, with absolutely amazing customer service. With recent bad experiences I've had with other places, it was refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and their business, it showed in their customer service!
