My experience was great. Noah and Chris went over and above the service they provided today. Will use them in the future for sure and recommend them highly for any plumbing needs. read more

Scheduled an appointment. They were supposed to be in touch with me between 12 - 4 to let me know when they would arrive. I took off time from work to meet them, had the site ready and after 1pm, I received a text saying they wouldn't be there and wanted to reschedule. I told them to take me off the list. ...then... I received a text from the office saying 'they feel bad'. No phone calls, no professional attempt to resolve the issue. I'll continue to use Joel's Plumbing in Pryor. They've been 100% dependable and fair for all of my properties. I just thought that since this was further away than my other real estate, it made sense. I was wrong. read more

David was the first plumber that wanted to see what kind of waterline was going to the house and dug up the yard to find out at no cost. They scheduled the installation of the pressure valve for the next day. Cooper and Darryl did aa great job. I will use them again for my plumbing needs. read more

Fast, very professional and upfront pricing. I knew exactly how much everything was going to cost before they started. They gave me several options so I was able to decide what was best for our new in-home water filter. They were voted the best plumbers in Tulsa, OK for the past 2 years and I can see why. Great service! read more

This company did a quick and thorough job replacing my hot water heater . But immediately following that job I called to request a Plumbing estimate on another job in my next door home. The receptionist Hailey refused to get me an appointment without first giving my credit card number over the phone...regardless that I had just spent $3300 with them . that would be understandable if I was a complete unknown person. That had never done business with them .I just booked the job it with another plumber . read more

Half Moon is my go to! I've used them several times and they are always honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a major backup in a rental and they fit me in their schedule quickly, ended up less than the original estimate and it was done a day early. Always a good experience! read more

I had Half Moon come out to give us an estimate to install a new dishwasher. Paid for the estimate and they quoted over $500 to install it. (New dishwasher in a recently remodeled kitchen, replacing the old one). Stated it would take 3-5 hours. Hahn appliance came out, delivered the new one and carted off the old one for $150. It took 30 minutes for the entire thing. Plus side, the men who came out were very pleasant and respectful. read more

I like half Moon plumbing a lot. I trust the technician and didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over on me.

Hopefully you'll never need a plumber. But if you do call Half Moon. You won't regret it. They are a top notch company.

We needed to have our kitchen sink faucet replaced and called them last week. A guy came over to assess the situation. Gave us a few options. We decided to buy our own faucet and have them come back and install it for us. Today a young man, James, came out and installed the Fossett and it's beautiful. It works great and we are very happy with it. Good service from James, very professional And we would recommend them to anybody. James was our plumber today and he did a great job. We were very impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. read more

Had a need for some plumbing work on my pool pump before the frigid winter temps took hold for keeps. With two bad knees, kneeling down on concrete for any length of time is about as pleasant as a prostrate exam from a zoo gorilla, so I opted to hide my man card and call a plumber. I'd tried to use Half Moon a few times in the past, and could never get an answer when I called, and since plumbing problems usually won't wait, I went elsewhere. Not this time. My call was answered promptly and ever so professionally. The gent on the phone (I'm terrible with names) was very polite and listened to my problem, getting all my info and setting an appointment for the next morning. Cut to next morning, by 9am, I had a call from the technician, and by 10 he was at my door. We looked over the problem, he quoted me a number that was much less than I expected, and went to work. In a little over an hour, he was done, and were were yakking it up waiting for the PVC cement to cure so we could test the job. Fired up the pool pump, and not a leak to be found. Prompt service, good pricing, professional people. That should be their business name, but I guess "Half Moon Plumbing" rolls off the tongue a lot easier. I'm sold. They have all my plumbing business from now on. read more

We had a natural gas smell coming from the gas line to our range. Sam with Half Moon Plumbing came out and found a leak on the outside gas line coming in the house to our kitchen. They replaced the piping and back in service and at a good price. Would highly recommend read more

DO NOT HIRE - They took our money and never came to finish the job! They left after having only done HALF the job!! They told us they would be back the next day to finish work but never came back. This is AFTER we paid them in full!!! My mistake for agreeing to pay them, they just took our money and left. read more

I had two other plumbing companies out before Tommy, one who simply couldn't get to the drain issue and another who said both my showers would have to be ripped out to unclog and fix the issue. I called Half Moon to get a second opinion, to quote it, and to camera the drain. They got to the clog which nobody else could, and the problem that I feared would cost me thousands of dollars and weeks out of my bathrooms was only $175 and took thirty minutes. Tommy and his aide were amazing, Jesus-loving men who made sure I, a single female homeowner, was taken care of. What a relief! read more

We have used Half Moon now for a few plumbing issues and they are great! Luke was our technician and he is so pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! Very professional company, gives honest quotes and is always prompt. They don't hesitate to call you if running even a few minutes behind (which is rare) and I appreciate that. As long as they continue to do business they will have ours! Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues!! read more

I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!!! I live out of state and have a rental in Owasso where I need plumbing services. Half Moon Plumbing was referred to me by my go-to plumber since he was too busy to assist me. Half Moon came out immediately and unstopped my dishwasher drain, and tested my kitchen sink drain, and got my garbage disposal running again! The technician coordinated with my tenant and called me when they arrived and again when they completed the job before leaving. Pricing was fair and upfront. You won't be disappointed in deciding to call this very honest hard working plumber! read more

Highly recommend. They took care of a major issue for me that other plumbers couldn't. Prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. read more

On time and competent but charged $575 for pressure valve ($66 at Lowe's) and one hour of work. Hope you can afford them.

I recently purchased a home not far from this business. So when I was having issues with the master bathroom I was glad to have someone near I could call. They returned my call and scheduled a technician in great time. The guy who showed up was nice, and I could tell he wanted to be helpful. He snaked the toilet, though it wasn't a long term fix, as it had trouble flushing again soon after he left. My major disappointing with this service call is with the shower. It isn't running cold water to balance the hot. Apparently the cartridge is bad - he provided me a picture. Then advised that I call the maker to get a replacement part and continue the repair on my own. Once I called on the part, the company hangs up due to high call volume. So absolutely nothing is fixed. (note here that he tracked dirt clods from his shoes all over my house.) Another plumber has said that the part is covered 100% under warranty and is acquiring the part and returning to do the repair. All in all, I threw away $150 on this guy and get to pay another plumber to do what he didn't. read more

Scheduling was prompt and the appointment was on-time dead-on. I had Eric out at my home to install a water line. He listened intently with what I wanted and met or exceeded my expectations. He's pleasant to work with and competent at the work performed. Overall, I'm exceptionally pleased with the service provided. Half Moon Plumbing has all the signs of a very well run business.
