It was located upstairs it's hot, very little air flow , and access is thru a small crawl space door just big enough for a water heater. Evan was incredibly professional from the knock on the door to wrapping up the job and cleaning up. He assessed the situation (which we already expected a full replacement as our water heater was well past its golden years) he offered multiple options to resolve the issue. Provided fair and reasonable estimate for services. And got straight to work. No complaints, no excuses, just pure professionalism and pride in his work. I spent most of the time upstairs in the crawl space with him and enjoyed small talk about work experiences and life in general. One thing in particular he spoke of was the philosophy of not only doing the job right the first time for your customer but, doing right by your customer. I continue to be impressed with Tommy at Half Moon Plumbing. He called to confirm his appointment to install a tankless water heater and a new garbage disposal. He texted when he was n his way and arrived when he said he would. He had a couple of small issues with the water heater which he told me about and then quickly fixed. The new garbage disposal leaked after installation and Tommy didn't quit until it was fixed and running as intended. Tommy and the young man with him, whose name I did not get, were professional, thorough and friendly. I called Half Moon at 9:00 on a Wednesday morning with a garbage disposal problem which in turn flooded the floor and dishwasher. She said they would text me later in the day. I got a text at 2 and Evan was there about 30 minutes later. He analyzed my problem and Half Moon gave me 3 ways to fix it, depending on what I wanted to spend. We had sudden lack of water pressure. I checked with neighbors and we were the only one with no pressure. I looked around outside and located water bubbling up in front yard.
