We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. Hudson was quick to get out and give us an estimate (which was free by the way) when other companies were wanting to charge $75-$150. When your entire house is flooded especially at Christmas time, the last thing you want to worry about is spending more money on top of everything else just for an estimate. Other plumbers came out and never called us back and Hudson had an estimate in 24hrs. Their price was so amazing that I was seriously shocked (I was thinking we would have to sell a kidney) that we also got our hot water tank replaced at the same time to just be done with all our worries.
