HUGE kudos to this company for their amazing work! These guys rolled out the red carpet (really!) for me and my family. I'd give them 100 stars if I could! After two years of dealing with the botched installation of three complete HVAC systems from another awful company, these guys came in and they went *all* of the extra miles. Let's begin with the salesperson, Josh. After dealing with dozens of system failures, ghosting, poor service, you name it from the other company, I naturally was pretty tough to please. Josh was incredibly patient with me throughout the process while I pelted him with question after question, and when both of us thought I was done asking questions, I came up with another, and Josh was patient with that one, too. He consistently reassured me that they were doing things right, and that no matter what, they would make sure I am happy with my HVAC systems. Thank you, Josh! You deserve this rating for putting up with me! Next, I'd like to point out that this company came into my house presenting every option. I had 3 HVAC systems originally, and during my conversation with Josh, they brought Steven over right away to look everything over and determine if my lower level could do with one unit instead of two separate ones. I was skeptical at first, but Josh and Steven both assured me it would work well, and that I'd be happy with it, and no matter what, they'd make it right. They consistently reassured me throughout the process. That two-unit option (one upstairs and one downstairs) turned out to be significantly more affordable than the three-unit option, so I went with that - after even more assurances that I would be happy with it. Then came the install. David was the install manager, and Chandler was the lead guy on my job. Both of these guys went way above and beyond. It took them and several other crews the entire week like they said it would, but it took exactly that long, and not one thing was unfinished when they left. I now have two high-efficiency systems, at a price point that was about $10 grand cheaper than replacing 3 for 3, and the best part of it is I haven't experienced one single failure. These guys went above and beyond in every possible way. They worked hard, they were kind and professional the whole time, and they even dealt with some shenanigans they shouldn't have had to deal with. I don't remember the names of all of the folks who were here (there were a lot) but I do want to give a huge THANK YOU to every single one of them. Oh, and the red carpet thing - that's true - they rolled out this carpet called "bee armor" from my front door, up the stairs, all the way to the attic to protect my floors and keep them clean - it was red! I cannot express enough my gratitude to this company. It's a new feeling for me not having to constantly worry about my HVAC system(s) failing in new and interesting ways. Like I said, this company deserves 100 stars. 100% will be choosing them for any future HVAC needs. Thank you, Airco! Also if you're a potential customer reading this, these are the guys. I tried going with a smaller, more local company, and I got bit harder than I can even describe. Don't do that. Just go with these guys. You won't regret it!

I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.

Evolve came out quickly but couldn't get the parts needed that day as it was a specialty spicit. They quoted between $150-$400. They were supposed to be back first thing in the morning. I took the day off of work and no one showed up. I called about 12 noon and they explained they had forgot but would be there shortly. They "repaired" the outside faucet and I was never provided with a bill. As they left, they said it would be emailed to me. A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no professionalism, courtesy, and their work is poor. They do not value your time and leave your home a mess.

Roto Rooter was truly A+++. I would absolutely call them again if needed…read more Our kitchen drain was stopped up completely. I called RR first thing in the morning and they stated I'd be listed for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I'd get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he'd be dispatched; otherwise I'd go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed. Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn't just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain. I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them. Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. (And I'd ask for Tyler again too!)
