At this point in my review of Aspen Plumbing I'm starting with 5 stars. My garbage disposal stopped working unexpectedly and the drain was backing up somewhat. In fact, the last time I had used it was two days prior to calling Aspen to schedule an appointment. I called at about 6pm and actually talked to a real person. She was very friendly and promised someone would get with me the following day to help get the problem repaired. So far I'm impressed that I spoke with a human and not some voicemail thing. More to follow as this project proceeds. Day 2: So far I am sticking with my 5 Stars. Contacted early this morning and was placed on a short call back list if a plumber becomes available today and placed on the Wednesday schedule for the morning. Since my problem isn't an emergency I am very happy with this arrangement. Day 3: The plumber arrive on time, completed the necessary repair, and even answered a few questions I had about recommended maintenance to prevent future issues. All-in-all, if you need plumbing services, Aspen Plumbing is a good choice of locally owned businesses. read more

We have used Aspen over the years for various plumbing needs. On December 18, 2023 they did $415 of work. Work was done without problem. The technician said that the office would send out the bill. On January 3, 2024, Aspen Plumbing filed a Mechanic's Or Materialman's Lien!!! The bill for the services they provided arrived via e-mail on January 9, 2024. Our Main Pipe was clogged and it caused our garage to flood and a bathroom. I just moved into my home 2 days ago a freaking out. I called another big name company and they had me set to wait all day even though I needed immediate help. I called Aspen and they immediately dispatched someone to my house. They were prompted and courteous. Columbus, the supervisor was extremely knowledgeable with gas line issues and very methodical when finding gas leaks, diagnosing the situation and providing the best, most economical and safe solution. He was also helpful in guiding us through city and ONG red tape. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a much simpler "repair" than the people who have reviewed before me. Also, my work was done over a year after theirs. So those two things may be a factor in why my review is 4 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars. The little conduit... thing... in my back yard was overflowing water and toilet paper (ewwww!) every time I used my washer. I was worried that a tree root had busted through my pipeline and I was in for a several thousand dollar repair. Fortunately, someone from Aspen came out and was able to snake my line in about half an hour. That was a few months ago, and I can still see to the bottom of the conduit (meaning it's still clear). So that's great! $97 was much better than several thousand. read more

Okay, so I gave this local company ample opportunities to make it right. They opted not to do that, so here's my story... I'm renting a friend's house in Catoosa. I had a plumbing problem, so she called Aspen Plumbing to fix my problem. The first time they came out, he kind of patched it together and promised it would hold up for a year or so. It lasted four weeks. While I was alone in my home with the technician, he told me that he had recently gotten off of drugs, was hired two weeks ago, and as a personal flavor from the owner. So, the landlord calls them back out. She asked only that they don't send that same guy. They sent the same guy. Aspen claims that they had no choice because I need the appointment to be immediate. I did, because the patch job the tech did was so poor that after four weeks, the hot water was running full blast around the clock, and the only way to turn it off was to turn off the water to the entire house. The water heater caused such a spike in my gas usage that PSO stopped by ti check on us. True story. So, I was home sick the day the tech came back, so I just let him in and went back to bed. While he was here, he broke my daughter's bed (getting to the access panel), hid the broken pieces, and didn't say anything to me. THEN... he cut through the drywall, DUCT TAPED IT BACK, and then didn't say anything to me. The owner claims that they contacted the landlord about the drywall, she says she never heard from them, that my call was all new information to her. Greg (my boyfriend, who's done this kind of work in the past and was far more qualified to discuss the issue than me) called the owner to go over the pictures and explain the situation. The owner completely refused to do anything. He refused to believe that his guy broke the bed, and generally treated us like we were lying and trying to shake him down. Greg is a really easy going guy, and he ended up so mad that he hung up on the owner. We talked to Keith Holman. I'm not one to smear a local company on social media, but these guys were awful. Aspen Plumbing mucked up every step in this process, and they've refused to make it right. We are just going to replace Lauren's bed and call it a wash. I wish I could post the screenshots here. There are lots of great plumbers in town, do yourself a favor and pass on these guys. I have used Aspen Plumbing for *years*, and they have always given me great service at a great price. The plumbers are all friendly. They never overcharge. They are easy to talk to if you have questions or want to discuss the problem further. The office people are super-nice, too, and always helpful. I switched to Aspen after a bigger-name company screwed me over and overcharged me. I've now used Aspen for over five years, and they are the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. read more

I had a break in my main, actually 2 pin-prick sized holes. Water was saturating my closet carpet. They came in and repaired it. Leak detection made it sound like the leak was coming from under my tile (1 foot away)in the next room. They suggested trying to fix it from the carpet side to save me money. They were able to fix it, by tunneling under and I didn't have to go through the hassle of replacing/matching tile in my whole bathroom. Thanks Aspen! read more

My experience was close to what Amy F experienced. They did not stick to their quote. The quote was written in a confusing way that left the door open for them to double it at their whim. Turn my handle to H and cold water comes out. Turn it to C and hot water comes out, etc. They sent out people several times to accomplish really basic tasks. Got tired of dealing with them and just hired someone else to come out and fix their mistakes. I would look elsewhere for plumbing help in the Tulsa area. read more

I have used Aspen Plumbing a number of times over several years and have no complaints about them. The first time I used them was when the owner did his own work. After time passes, the owner gets more calls than he can handle alone so hires a couple of employees. I have had no problems with the employees as they seemed to know what they were doing. If previous reviewers had a problem, businesses can boost or decline based on who is hired at any given time. The last time I called them for a problem on a rental property on possibly a Thursday or Friday, they were booked up and couldn't get to it until the next Monday or Tuesday. I couldn't wait that long as the renter needed to finish laundry and flush toilets, so I called someone else that could get out faster. Give this business a break please, it is a good company. Not everyone writes reviews, and the complainers will sound off a lot quicker than the satisfied ones. read more

Our water heater was leaking and needed replaced. We chose Aspen plumbing after receiving 5 different quotes and they offered Rheem water heaters. The price was reasonable compared to all others, I appreciated the professional quote that was emailed, they arrived on time, a bit young, but did a good job and were courteous and informative. read more

Had a hot water tank replaced. Called in the morning & by 1:00 they were out here replacing it. They were completed around 4:00. Very satisfied with the work & the staff was very polite. I would recommend them & will use again for plumbing issues. Work was done in 8/2017. read more
