    Brandon Sellers 55L

We cannot say enough good things about 55L Brandon Sellers with Mullin Plumbing and his assistant, Preston, that have been working with us through a 'perfect storm' of a disaster in our home that started with a slab leak just before Christmas and continued with finding multiple septic leaks in the slab that required extensive repair. Brandon has been knowledgeable, courteous, and very meticulous about daily keeping the workspace clean. He patiently took extra time to explain exactly what went wrong and how they were fixing it, which gave me total peace of mind. The respect, kindness and genuine empathy he has shown us during these last six weeks of repairs has made the 'nightmare' much more bearable as well as all the ways he worked with us to make it as cost effective as possible. We are so thankful for Mullin Plumbing, and although we hope to never have to call them again, we will trust them with any future HVAC and septic needs.

Supposedly what they fixed for $8,500. Only photo they have shown

Please don't use mullin plumbing. They may take advantage of the elderly. Go ahead and read all the terrible recent reviews of their horrible services Edit 11/7/23. Typical mullin response. You know exactly who I am. The one you called an idiot yesterday 11/6/23 and hung up on. Sounds like the same incompetence that spews from every leaky faucet they've touched. This company bullies it's customers and calls them names. Charged an elderly woman $8,500 and left an open loop system running for weeks. Attached is the only photo they've provided for their $8,500 bill. Who knows what that is or when/where it's from.

    Pressure relief valve

We called our rural water district out several times due to low water pressure. We called Mullins to review water flow on rural side which was operating normally and they discovered it was a water pressure relief valve. The work began because it was not found in the water service meter. Hunter and Dalton began the task to find it. They kept us informed along the way and talked with us about every step of discovery. We would highly recommend Hunter, Dalton, and Mullin Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They found it and we now have great water pressure! Thank you again Hinter and Dalton! Quote over $14,000 to trade out to faucets and replace 2 water heaters, with us providing all 4 items.

They were able to get to me right away and I wasn't inconvenienced for long. The price was fair and the was outstanding.

It's got lots of separate spaces, so the most efficient way to heat and cool it was using mini-splits aka heat pumps. Danny Hamilton's estimate beat the others handily, but I didn't realize why until too late: They were using Samsung multi head mini splits, which were very new at the time. Multiple times the techs admitted they didn't really know much about the mini splits, as they'd never worked with them before. We had some issues with the install, but eventually everything was completed. Then we had them out repeatedly for months when some new error code would pop up. It took them over six months to figure out one issue was there supposedly wasn't enough refrigerant in the units when they were sent from the factory. Another few months and they figured out the install had been done incorrectly. On July 9, 2026, I had them out to look at one of the units. It had been working (not well, but working) until that day. Now, we're without AC in the front half of our house because the "control board went out". We've been without AC for weeks at this point. The part was sent from the factory, and was supposedly tested there. Tech comes out and puts the part in this last Monday, July 27 - still not fixed. The tech was supposed to come back out tomorrow, since no one could make it out in the interim for some reason. Their office just called and said they won't be able to have anyone out until NEXT Friday, August 10th, and "they don't have any other techs who can work on it." Total BS, since we have had multiple techs out before. We've given them multiple chances to make it right, but they never have. Do not do business with them.

Didn't have to, he wasn't late. They said he'd be there 8-10a. Said "GPS says I'll be there for 8:17a". Good start in my book. Tom toured the 2 floor home. It has brand new oil furnace, forced air in an "octopus" vent system, so we expected to be paying their high range of $500ish. That's half what others have quoted us though. We opted for sanitizer as well (with Moms allergies we decided to since it was being done). That was $200-250. Has a nice lemony scent for a little while, minor. Lasts less than an hour. Tom finished his work 1-2p and while he did turn on furnace to see if debris came out anywhere, nothing of note did at that time. It happened later on that soot and debris came out of all the vents. We contacted Tommy and here's why he gets the five stars he deserves. He immediately apologized profusely. He said while he's not sure why it was doing that now and didn't before, he will come right back out as soon as possible. He couldn't return until Saturday, he was on jobs when we told him (the day after, so one day was in between). And return he did. He texted his arrival time and apologized again when he showed up. He's genuine in demeanor, I don't get that vibe that he knew something was off. He was sincerely sorry and felt bad the job wasn't satisfied, worse felt bad my Mom's allergies were triggered. He spent several more hours this morning cleaning up anything he saw, and of course troubleshot where he thought the catches of debris may have happened. Very "extra" thorough, as best he could. Tommy stood by his work. His very words were he warranties his work, an actual warranty or moral one I don't think that mattered to him. He and I agree, the home's octopus vents and setup possibly made this job more difficult than a usual one. To me, it's how you handle those ones that go haywire that highlight what kind of a person and company you are. These guys passed with flying colors.
