I normally have used other companies in the past to do so, but I received a mailer with coupons from Hendrick Heat and Air and noticed that they were running a tune-up special for $49.95. I thought I would give them a chance since it was a great price for a tune-up plus it included an air filter change. Nathaniel showed up and performed the tune-up but also checked every vent in the house to see how well the airflow was, noticing that there was an issue with several of the vents having weaker output. I had told him about my bedroom vents not having much airflow coming out from them for well over a year, to which he insisted on checking out the ductwork under the crawlspace. He found where a duct had been completely disconnected from the main unit and tried to reattach it for significantly better airflow but said he could not secure it properly without the necessary support. The next day I received a quote to have it reconnected which was a very reasonable price and much lower than what had been estimated. Hendrick was very prompt in scheduling an appointment to have it fixed within the next day. They sent Elliott and Brent to reattach the duct and had it fixed within the hour. The airflow is 100% better in my bedroom and the willingness of the technicians to go under the crawlspace is what made the difference between them and other companies, who have previously told me that I would have to schedule another service request for them to examine any ductwork. The techs at Hendrick were helpful, friendly, efficient, and told me about any issues that could arise with the system. My unit is at the 12 year mark but it is still running well, but if the duct had not been reconnected than it likely could have caused the system to have had much more expensive issues by continuing to work overtime to compensate for the duct leaking airflow. There were no extra charges or hidden fees for work performed and the tune-up price and original quote to fix the duct were all honored. I would definitely consider Hendrick again based on this experience for any issues or for another tune-up.

To make matters worse, we had it set on 75 and the temperature was running 80-83 degrees in the heat of the day. Hendrick heat and air gave us a great deal on a heat pump system and we were able to swing it. We lucked out on the weather today starting out cooler than normal and Josh and Marlon got the old system out & the new one installed and running in less than 3 hours. By then the temperature had started warming up and the thermostat read low to mid 80's and within an hour we had gotten the temperature down to 72 and it was awesome. The outside unit makes very little noise and the inside unit is really whisper quiet. I recommend Hendrick Heat and Air to anyone who is looking for exceptional work and polite and knowledgeable employees. They also have a free 2 year maintenance program where they will come out during seasonal changes to ensure you are ready for your next season. I paid extra for the wifi feature and it is now going on 6 months and that option is still not functional. According to Danny, this feature does not work with Apple and Apple is what I have. I invested trust along with a substantial amount of money to get the products and the service I was promised. I was severley let down on both. They promised a professional install with the pipes running out of the back of the home through the attic so there would not be unsightly views from the public side of the home. The installer said that could not be done and I was informed the lines would have to run from the side of the home but they would look fine and not distract from the appearance of the home. Well, if you think a hamster trail on the side of the house is okay, it is not, this is terrible looking and a major distraction to my home. Then there was the leak from the hose being crimped and water ran all over my bed and floors. My floors buckled and my bed headboard is stained. They sent a tech out to find the leak who tracked dirt on my newly carpeted stairs and got in my attic (which he had no business doing since there was no installation done there) and put dirty fingerprints all over the attic access. He couldn't find the source of the leak. I requested they send someone else to find the reason for the leak and they sent him again!!! Finally, after he couldn't figure it out except to widen the hole in the wall (which did not work) they sent Devon. He is an amazing problem solver and found the issue almost right away!!!! Further, to add to my aggravation is the fact the units installed upstairs are almost to the top of the 12' ceilings. I am 5'3", I have to pull my 4 poster king size bed back in my room every time to clean the filter and I have to use a ladder for both because I am too short to reach them with just a step stool. This is very cumbersome carrying a ladder up and down the stairs every month for this maintenance procedure. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues but no one will return my calls, even when an attorney called them on my behalf. I have requested Vision Air come and remove everything, make all necessary patches to my walls and refund my money so I can get the products and service from a company who can perform to the necessary professional standards. Still....NO RESPONSE!!!! Strongly discourage using this company for anything....

They wanted it to wait until Monday. It's 100 degrees outside and I have guests in town. According to them, they do not call anyone from 8pm-8am and they are closed on the weekends.
