Clean up was good. Of the bids I received Dowd's bid was the most complete. One competitor, bidding the same equipment, was almost double the bid I received from Dowd. So far the system handled both 13° and 95° days in stride. My old system caused variations in the temperature from room to room of +- 5-7° now with this system the variation is around 1°. The gas furnace never turned on during the colder stretch. Very pleased.

Wortman agreement said they covered me for ten years but now I am sweating my butt off and having to pay another vendor to fix it. If I could have found them when they shut me out--I would have sued them for breach of contract. Instead I have to find another vendor to service Wortman's equipment.
