Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location. Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get.
