My mother got quoted for her plumbing needs. They came out only two times and never came back out to finish the job. She had already paid them cash, no receipt was given to her, and they still have a key to her house! When she would try to contact them to come back out, they would not respond. These people were called out by my mother's insurance for a hot water heater. Understanding there was a 85$ cash one time fee, paid. Diagnosis a new water heater. Days go by and nothing then I noticed my mom arguing with the insurance company and the plumber plays stupid acting like he has no idea why they won't cover 400$ of the bill... I took over and find that all fees were to be covered and insurance says that they handled it and plumber will install the next morning. Plumber calls says now they want the 400$ again and another 200$. To install. I realize something smells, I didn't hire these guys and the insurance and them have a relationship I'm unaware of, I get a goofy story every time. Enter Ryan, owner I'm told. Starts giving me a story that's very shady so I asked him do I owe you anything at this point, he says no. I tell him that I have not consented to this relationship and want my hot water heater and will hire someone else. At this point he begins threatening me berating me and says he's going to turn me in to the state for a illegal water heater unless I give him 400$ The insurance tells me it's my hot water heater he says I owe him nothing but must pay him to get it..... it really feels like I saved my mother who is disabled and 80 from a fraudulent extortion attempt. Law enforcement has been called and I hope they investigate and because of his attitude, there's way more victims I believe read more

The way my property is located is extremely difficult to deal with plumbing. Gotta cross a creek on a 90 degree hill which intels permits and multiple other issues. And never made a phone call to tell us the results of the job I posted a review earlier saying that they did a good job....that was until I seen the fence and heard that there was no communication about the finished job... What a day. We woke up with a strange hissing noise and after some investigation found out a pipe burst under the house. I called several local companies and explained the situation and was told they might get to us next week. Wait a second, would anyone want to wait for a week without water? I called All Britton plumbing and the gentleman was so kind and understanding. Even with snow and ice on the roads they somehow made it within a few hours and had it fixed in under an hour! Crooks. All they care about is money. They have ZERO customer service. If you call them about fixing a problem they created, they will yell at you and call you names. They were hired to replace a tub. They did, very poorly. They cut a hole in the floor (going to under the house) and left the hole open. When asked to fix it, they refused and called me an idiot. They clearly stated (at least 40 times) that they don't do Sheetrock. Last time I checked, floors are made of wood. The REFUSED to come fix the hole and told me to call their lawyer. Both father and son yelled at me when I tried to explain the problem. Don't use them unless you like throwing money away and being treated like crap. Out of all the guys in town All Britton was the only company willing to take on our job. It was an old house with the worst conditions. They not only took the job but they finished in recorded time and for a great price. I won't use anyone else. since then they have done major work on two properties for use and I have always been more than satisfied with the price and quality. Horrible company. Flooded my upstairs bathroom. Had to take him to court because he wouldn't give me his insurance information even though I have asked several times. I have a judgement against him. He agreed to pay, but still owes me $1400. Keeps making excuses on why he's not making money, but if he treats other people the way he has treated us or based on his work I can understand why he doesn't get paid. Didn't show up to court and yet some how he try's to put the blame on me because the judge put a bench warrant out for him. I have talked to other people that said he was a jerk also and doesn't show up on time. I will never use this company again and I would never recommend it to anybody else either. Had water heater installed. They ran into needing additional parts, do to the the way it was previously installed. They were very fair and only charged the cost of the extra parts. Also they were very prompt they arrived one hour and a half from initial call. Expected to wait a couple of days. I checked several businesses and found All Britton to be the best value. Drains... Including the Toilet, in an older home, are sometimes sensitive. I called/texted All Britton Plumbing on a Sunday... they returned my call immediately, sent someone out, & let me know how long it would be before they arrived... The Plumber tried desperately to root out the blockage from outside, then the cellar, then inside the house... He really tried. He said he would be back the next day with a helper & bigger equipment, And he was. They didn't trouble me over this & that. They got busy doing their job. Just like they knew what they were doing. I mentioned I had been up till 2:30am trying every suggestion on the internet but to no avail. He said yes, that he had been up late trying to figure this out, that there Had to be a way. For a guy to stay up trying to figure out how to deal with my problem, impressed me. He really wanted to help. The owner was great too. He let me know what was going on ever step of the way. The charge was very reasonable, keep in mind, this included a Sunday call. Don't call anybody else! Don't spend your time messing around with anybody else. These guys are for real.
