I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.

Hudson was quick to get out and give us an estimate (which was free by the way) when other companies were wanting to charge $75-$150. When your entire house is flooded especially at Christmas time, the last thing you want to worry about is spending more money on top of everything else just for an estimate. Other plumbers came out and never called us back and Hudson had an estimate in 24hrs. Their price was so amazing that I was seriously shocked (I was thinking we would have to sell a kidney) that we also got our hot water tank replaced at the same time to just be done with all our worries. These guys coordinated entire project, and the drilling crew that had to drill under road for me to replace pipe. Tony's crew had to dig a new ditch to miss most of tree and dug across entire yard. The actual cost was less than the estimate, despite the additional work/cost of replacing both shut-off valves and doing a quick fix on the bathroom sink drain. I could not be more pleased with their knowledge, workmanship, prices and promptness! I love that All City Plumbing is local, family business, and I found them to be honest, professional, polite and very pleasant to be around.
