That wasn't true because she was home waiting for them, watching the driveway and the technician did not show up. No green van in the drive, no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. They have rescheduled my heater maintenance twice already, but I'm canceling the appointment. I'm not willing to go through this anymore. I would love to support this local business, but it's not worth the hassle. Something bad has happened to this company. And why do they have a ton of phone numbers out there, but the local Sand Springs number is no longer accessible on-line?

He checked every detail (water purity, softener status, air purifier, etc) and made necessary suggestions and showed me specifically what was needed to be done. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. He even had a trainee with him and he was so good to show and explain everything to him. The trainee was lucky to learn from Cody. I paid extra for the wifi feature and it is now going on 6 months and that option is still not functional. According to Danny, this feature does not work with Apple and Apple is what I have. I invested trust along with a substantial amount of money to get the products and the service I was promised. I was severley let down on both. They promised a professional install with the pipes running out of the back of the home through the attic so there would not be unsightly views from the public side of the home. The installer said that could not be done and I was informed the lines would have to run from the side of the home but they would look fine and not distract from the appearance of the home. Well, if you think a hamster trail on the side of the house is okay, it is not, this is terrible looking and a major distraction to my home. Then there was the leak from the hose being crimped and water ran all over my bed and floors. My floors buckled and my bed headboard is stained. They sent a tech out to find the leak who tracked dirt on my newly carpeted stairs and got in my attic (which he had no business doing since there was no installation done there) and put dirty fingerprints all over the attic access. He couldn't find the source of the leak. I requested they send someone else to find the reason for the leak and they sent him again!!! Finally, after he couldn't figure it out except to widen the hole in the wall (which did not work) they sent Devon. He is an amazing problem solver and found the issue almost right away!!!! Further, to add to my aggravation is the fact the units installed upstairs are almost to the top of the 12' ceilings. I am 5'3", I have to pull my 4 poster king size bed back in my room every time to clean the filter and I have to use a ladder for both because I am too short to reach them with just a step stool. This is very cumbersome carrying a ladder up and down the stairs every month for this maintenance procedure. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues but no one will return my calls, even when an attorney called them on my behalf. I have requested Vision Air come and remove everything, make all necessary patches to my walls and refund my money so I can get the products and service from a company who can perform to the necessary professional standards. Still....NO RESPONSE!!!! Strongly discourage using this company for anything....

I checked online for the best plumbers who handle back flow preventers. The answer was Maston's Plumbing. I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job.
