Horrible business to work with. Their delivery is subpar at best. Prices are exorbitant until you cancel your subscription, and then they'll go as low as $5 less per 5-gallon bottle. Why not begin with the lower price? Then when you do cancel, it takes forever for them to pick up the empty bottles and cooling dispenser. I have been charged for deliveries that never occurred, charged an "admin" fee that customer service told me they didn't know what it was for and after they put me on hold to find out, they came back and said it was for requesting a paper bill be mailed to me (I download my bills and have never requested that), had deliveries skipped leaving us without water, I have been on hold numerous hours and never gotten a live person to assist, I have set up cancelation of my service and they set a date and I had all of my equipment and empty bottles and they never showed up and I told them it will be outside for them to get they tried to tell me I will be liable if something happens to them. Their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was overcharged by 50.00 and nobody at customer service could help. She told me I needed to show proof (fwd the email THEY sent me) and after a few days someone will decide if I should be credited. The girl at the customer service would not escalate me or even let me speak to someone higher. She said she "thinks" they may be able to help. Unfortunate to see so many bad reviews, my experience was AMAZING. Rodrick was on time, quick and responsive. Easy to work with and always respectful. I order weekly and never fails me. I don't plan to use any other service for my company and I will almost always request Rodrick to work with. He goes out of his way to ensure either he gets the job done or makes sure someone is on time. I understand that he leads a team at his location and I commend the leadership. If you're a driver, this is not a good company to work for. You will be over-worked and underpaid. The DM is a privileged individual and if he can't control you, he will find a way to get rid of you. The door is open, vehicles parked in front of the business and no one is around. Apparently they are not worried about schedules or appointments or someone would be here. Following up after six months. There has been a substantial improvement on delivery. The water shows up when it is scheduled, no schedule shifts with only one oops (Bad weather; good sense prevailed and we got the water a few days later). I wish no stars was available. This is the worst company by far. After delivering to our office and home for 2 years semi-competently, all of a sudden they can't find our office. They can however charge us for product that they haven't delivered and do it more than once. Last delivery at the office I watched the driver circle the lot and finally I had to walk out into the parking lot and get the bottle from the truck because he couldn't figure out where to enter the building. Multiple calls to customer service and every time they literally read a script of what to say in such a monotone that you know they hate their job. The call center folks could care less whether you got your delivery or not. And they are ineffective in changing anything at a local level. After asking multiple times to talk to someone locally and having the call center request a direct call, 3 weeks later, I still have never heard from a local person. Got the accounts closed and the kicker is that it will take them 2 weeks to pick up their equipment... and beware, they won't credit you for any unused bottles. If I could find the right person at Costco I'd suggest to them that they stop promoting for this company. They have also refurbished one of our water coolers twice and it still leaks hot water every time you use it. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid these people like the plague. Scheduled an initial delivery with a water cooler for today 8-13. Took the day off because their website says someone must be there for delivery. Log into my account and they changed the date to the 17th without notifying me. Communication isn't that hard. I called the customer service line and they were apologetic but did nothing to resolve the issue. They told me they could just LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR on Wednesday if I couldn't take another day off. Looking at all the other customer reviews I'm guessing this is the first of many problems. So much regret. read more

I too would give them 0 stars of I could. Our initial delivery for the water and cooler was rescheduled, which is the consistent theme with them. That was the only time they actually made it out to our house. It has been a month since they delivered it and every time we have been in the schedule for delivery they fail to show up. Each call promises that it will be delivered "tomorrow." They even went so far as to mark it delivered in their system and charge us for a delivery they never made. Canceling our service has also been frustrating as well; you get numerous promises for someone to contact you that never materialize. The corporate office can't even get in contact with the local distributor or get them to return their call, so you can imagine where the customer is in their priority. I was supposed to get my initial delivery December 18th, they moved it to the 21st, then the 24th, then finally delivered the 28th of December... My water cooler would not get cold they were supposed to replace it by the 2nd, but came the 4th... Then I got a bill for that lol... I never got water except my initial delivery (Dec 28th) I have called these people so many times its crazy... I was set for water to be delivered January 11th, but they moved it to the 14th, then the 16th (which is today), of course its moved now until the 18th smh... Each time I've called (since December 21st) they tell me a local manager will call me within 48 hours and that has yet to happen... I would never recommend this kind of service to anyone! read more

I wish there was a zero. I have been waiting for he dispenser since July 5th, took the day off, July 7th I call and they said will deliver the 8th, took the day off. No show again, then on the 9th, they said they will deliver the 10th, again no show. Continue to get the run around that a manager will call. I am a first time customer of the Sparkletts water delivery services. My service representative, Dennis Christmas, arrived on-time, with a smile on his face. He verified my order, asked questions pertaining to preferences, and suggested products of which I didn't think of that would help fulfill my requests. Dennis explained the delivery service process, installed my machine while explaining the process of priming; and showed me how to change my water bottles providing hands on training. His customer service, appearance, and most importantly, knowledge, makes me a satisfied customer and I'm just getting started :-) read more

Every time we call to ask "why water wasn't delivered" they stated that "driver was out of time for our area" i then called Delivery man myself & he stated "our water was not put on truck" & he is not allowed to make delivery. I would leave zero stars if that were an option. We use Sparkletts for two separate business locations. They have never made a single delivery on the day scheduled. This past delivery, my bottles sat on the porch for 4 days. Each day that I would return and see the bottles still sitting there, I would call and spend 20 minutes just trying to figure out why the driver isn't making his rounds. After 4 days of no delivery, I cancelled service. They will be here to get their equipment today, and I cannot wait to never deal with them again. Honestly thought, I will not be surprised if they miss the scheduled pickup, just as they have missed every scheduled delivery. Their call center is based out of FL, and they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
