This company will mislead you of the work they are capable of completing. I had a gas leak issue, and they said they would be able to handle the job, getting the pressure test and getting an inspector out. At the end, they changed what they said, and said they actually couldn't do that. I had to hire an entirely different plumbing company to come and complete the job properly. I am out thousands now due to this company not being upfront. One of the areas they "fixed" is actually still leaking gas. I would NOT trust this company with anything. BEWARE OF HIRING THIS COMPANY FOR WASHING MACHINE REPAIR I hired this company for a problem with my washing machine not draining. Devin came out, did not check out the machine, just took a picture of the bar code, said it was the drain pump. Said it would be $204.00, would order part, come back out when he received it. Didn't hear anything from him. I called, left text several times. Finally got a call back and once again it took him about a week to come back out. Installed, took my $204.00 that he said I owed and left without checking to see if it was the issue. When I did a rinse cycle, it still didn't drain, I was able to get ahold of him and he came back. Said the pump he installed was faulty. Took it off, said he would return this pump and get a new one. Once again had to wait another week. Had to call, text to get him to call back. Said he would be out in about a week! Of course something came up and I had to leave. I tried calling, couldn't get ahold of him, so I text and told him I would be gone for a short time if he showed up. He did, rang the doorbell then left. Of course called me when he left. So, I had to call, text several times to get him. Once again, he put me off 2 weeks! He didn't seem the least bit concerned my washer had been down for 3 weeks waiting on him. At this point I was done with him not calling back, putting me off so I tried to get my money back. He said I signed a "no return" agreement which I never saw. This experience involved: Poor communication Missed and vague appointments Misdiagnosis A repair that did not fix the problem Refusal to issue a refund. My mother had me hire a plumber to fix the washer lines from freezing up every time it snows. Water goes all over the laundry and dining room floor. This only happens when it snows. My mother paid Pro Elevated Plumbing $506.00 because I hired them. I hired them because they said they could fix it and they guaranteed me with the type of pipe they were replacing ours with that it would not freeze up again. He even said it was impossible for the type of pipe he was using to freeze. He also said he could fix the drywall to make it look exactly like it did before he cut a huge hole in the wall. This was very important to my mother. She did not want him to leave a huge hole in the wall. He said he would not and when he finished, he told me he couldn't fix the hole in the wall. I even said that's ok. I guess I'll fix it. However, with the snow that came this past weekend, the washer lines froze again and water got all over the floor. So the repair he made didn't work and he lied and left a huge hole in the wall. I just called the company which he says he owns and he lied and said he never said that and his attitude was extremely hurtful. Just want everyone to know this so you don't get taken advantage of. I called this company to come out and give me the $49 estimate to repair my washing machine. After he told me what may be wrong with it, he said it would be $100. He did not give me a receipt, nothing on paper for the estimate, NOTHING. When I asked for this later, no response. Do NOT use.Very scammy. read more

I called this company to repair an ice maker in my refrigerator. He stated that there would be a $49 service charge for coming which I thought was reasonable compared to some others. He came out and diagnosed the problem as the water filter. We already had a water filter recently ordered so he removed the old and replaced it with the new one. That took 5 minutes and cost an additional $50. I didn't like it, but it seemed to fix the problem since it was now dispensing water, so I let it go and paid him. By nightfall the refrigerator was no longer dispensing water and the ice maker which i never saw produce ice was still not working. I tried to reach him and finally did after a couple of days and leaving a few messages but got no return call. He suggested that I could replace the water filter again (which I didn't think was the answer) or it could be the water inlet valve. The price he estimated to replace the water inlet valve was around $450 (no consideration for what I had already spent on his wrong diagnosis). I asked what if I get the water inlet valve would you install it? I had done some research and saw those selling for less than $100, some less than $50. This was his response via text message, " Yes. Would be $269 and would require payment before the installation and it wouldn't have a warranty". I decided to hire someone else. These are the facts. You can decide if this is good customer service based on those facts. My opinion is reflected above. He a young lad apparently trying to make it as an entrepreneur, has lot to learn about customer service. Also, I never saw an invoice on paper or digitally. read more

Had a leak at my toilet wall shutoff. Devin quoted $50-75 for the job, later explaining that quote was just the service charge. He removed the shutoff valve & told me it would be $250-300 to repair the problem. When I challenged that price, he agreed to only charge me $200, if I don't give him a bad review. I agreed & he put the old valve back on & replaced the hose to the tank. Today it's still leaking, so I called a reputable, licensed & bonded plumber to make the repair. He completed the repair in less than 20 minutes (compared to approximately 90 min for this faulty repair) and charged less to do it. Lesson learned - don't assume all plumbing companies have licensed & bonded plumbers. read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have Choice Home Warranty. They sent out David/Pro Elevated Plumbing. This bing a plumbing company I was very skeptical about him looking at the claim. He came out and was in my backyard all of 2 minutes and completely assesed the wrong pump that needs to be replaced. Home Warranty has denied the claim. Even after I sent them a video showing them the issue. Now they have shut it down. I spoke to David and he advised he never heard the pump making the noise and that all he did was submit a picture. This was completely false. He advised them that the pump was going bad due to another pump. He is not a pool company and got it completely wrong. Now will be going through the company that put the pool in and have to pay $695.00 to replace the pump myself. If there was a way to give this company 0 stars it would be a 0. The other reviews being a 1 star I assume would say the same. read more

Called to repair a NEW dishwasher. Did not show up on the day of repair and when he DID show - he diagnosed the incorrect problem. Being under warranty from the manufacturer, I ordered the part - asked when would be a good time to install - crickets (no reply) I than went back thru the "handy man" tool once again. He called me - and was miffed that I had utilized the "handy man tool" again I set up an appointment- about 10 Min from the time he was SUPPOSED to show at our home ( took time from work to be home). I sent him a note (kept his phone number from previous- he stated (Devon) that he would not be able to show THAT day, (I utilized the tool, and had a SET appointment) and would maybe be able to "fit" me on the next Next day came - around 4pm, I inquired as to when i might be seeing him - he called me. At that time, he proceeded to inform me that if he came back out to my home, that he would be charging me $260.00 to install a control board (part I had in hand) I told him that I didn't like the idea of being "shook down" for HIS lack of response- he than told me that I could Google the cost of replacing the control board - and that was a reasonable price - It was 15 minutes of work, that included the 12 screws that had to be removed, and replaced. This guy makes up ridiculous excuses as well as prices - all because he was miffed he was stiffed for 60.00 each appointment that is made thru Thumbtack. DO NOT USE this guy ! He is a liar who is suffering from an inability to keep it together - a trait not suited for his chosen profession. Pro Elevated Complaint I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would've had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn't make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back. read more

David is a kind individual who does what's right. He's a young professional on the front side of a booming career providing great service for the best price. I found him through my father-in-law who talked highly of David. My father-in-law was right. Our dishwasher had broken glass in the filter which was a quick job and service call for $149. But it turns out the glass had gotten into the internals and destroyed the circulation pump and motor assembly. $1300 dishwasher needed $300 in parts and another service call. David went above and beyond to give us our original check back which we used for parts he let us order online to save money. David returned when he said he would and returned our life back to normal. We have five kids and use the washer twice daily sometimes. I highly recommend David and his growing business/team. read more

Devon came out today was going to charge $49 for service call, then he said it would be $378.00 after tax to clear floor drain under hot water heater where it was backing up water all over garage floor he didn't find any blockage and it wasn't backing up when he left but as soon as he left it started overflowing again all over garage floor. Soo I called him, he said he could clear it from the roof but would have to come back out the next day because of rain and it would be another $378 dollars I told him NO WAY i didn't have that kind of money!!! So now stuck with using shop vac every time i flush the toilets..STUCK WITH NO MONEY FOR REPAIR!!! read more
