Evolve came out quickly but couldn't get the parts needed that day as it was a specialty spicit. They quoted between $150-$400. They were supposed to be back first thing in the morning. I took the day off of work and no one showed up. I called about 12 noon and they explained they had forgot but would be there shortly. They "repaired" the outside faucet and I was never provided with a bill. As they left, they said it would be emailed to me. A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. I called RR first thing in the morning and they stated I'd be listed for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I'd get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he'd be dispatched; otherwise I'd go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed. Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn't just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain. I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them. Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. Which is on a avarage for a licensed plumber is $32-50/hr (employee)  Two hours of work is $64 not including FICA which is $4ish dollars.  $68 labor  So you're at $191 in cost, the book Oklahoma requires contractors to study for licensure calls for 35-45% profit which is 85.95 so you're looking at 276.95 not including taxes, scheduling software, accounting costs ect. And when it's all said and done taxes are about ¢.30 on the dollar for profit. The contractor brings home a whopping $60ish dollars. That's $30/hr. Making less than an employee.  You're welcome to use an unlicensed person, but good luck getting their insurance to pay for a flooded house, a warranty, or a late night call. RUN!!!! Would NOT…read morerecommend this company. I spent over $4,000 on a mainline repair job, then 6 weeks later had another leak in same area on a Saturday. Their website says they are open 24/7 and have same day plumbers. This isn't true. You can only talk to an AI machine on weekends and they wanted $250 just to send someone to look. Keep in mind this was an emergency situation where water had to be cutoff to entire house and they wouldn't send someone to look without agreeing to the $250. Machine said someone would call first thing the next business day since it was an emergency. That call finally came at 11am. Needless to say, myself and a neighbor fixed the problem ourselves and I won't be using Williams ever again. Oh, and I spent $30 on parts! Also, it should be noted that just to get an estimate on a repair, they send a salesman instead and try to up-sale everything. For a simple leak, they wanted me to spend $20,000 to re-run the mainline from meter to house. It's a 20 year old house, so new line shouldn't be needed. They also charge a minimum 1/2 day excavation fee which turned out to be $2,500 for about an hour dig and 30 min back fill.
