Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location. I tried contacting several plumbing companies to no avail, until I called Midtown Tulsa Handyman and Plumbing, and Ted answered. He was professional, polite, and willing to make a Saturday call. Within 2 hours, he arrived and fixed the clogged toilet. Additionally, he made sure the pipes had no obstructions that would cause future clogging. No drama. No attempted upsell. Professional!
