I was quoted a total price of $240 and then was price gouged with a $550.00 bill on business side (transfer fees) and charged Transfer fees on personal account side AND they still haven't closed my personal account. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max here on a "Black Friday deal". The owner was there and one of his…read morefavorite things to say was "trust me, I'm going to take care of you". They had a black Friday deal that if you bought a new iPhone 11 you would get a 400$ gift card in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks which never happened. I didn't get anything thing in writing which is my fault but "slick" had convinced me to "trust him". I had also bought two iPhone 10s at the same time. Slick charged me 40$ per phone to transfer the numbers from our old phones to the new ones which also didn't work. When we got home we realized that the numbers were not on any of the phones ! This was not a Corporate Verizon store, there isn't a charge for transferring numbers at the "real Verizon Stores" . I called him and complained and he said to stop back by the store and he would give me a store credit. I went by twice and he wasn't there and the girls working there said they couldn't help me and try to call him to see if they could do anything !! I think that this place is a total rip-off and would never do business with a "step down" store again. Hopefully this might help someone else from gitting ripped off.

Update: tech daddy completed the screen replacement in the time they quoted me. My iPad was trashed and smashed. They made it look like new. Had me turn it on and make sure it was working correctly.
