So a month ago, I paid to get my Nokia 1020 fixed (New charge port and new battery) and it took a month to get fixed. Just got it back today. It wasn't exactly their fault though. The company that was supposed to send the charge port, lost it in the mail twice and then sent it to a different Phone Doctors that needed one. I bet if I had a iPhone or some type of Android, the warehouse wouldn't have screwed up. By calling, I learned all this information. Because I had waited so long, they refunded me the charge port even though the DID get it fixed. Thanks guys for fixing my phone.

But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!"
