Logix and its local staff are by far the easiest bandwidth and dial tone service provider we work with; we always get a live support representative or local rep to coordinate and work alongside. One instance that comes time mind is a client of ours who was so frustrated with current services with a large local provider they cancelled services without having a backup plan. We reached out to Logix and they did a special Install for this client in under 7 days to ensure there was service when the other provider disconnected. Logix did not do this because it was an opportunity, the staff fought to get this in place because a local business would have been crippled without it.

Unburied cables down connecting roads remain in several nearby neighborhoods to this day. The perceived discount is offset by the amount of time and effort spent reaching out to support and customer service for outage issues and negligible billing credits if they are even reachable. Save yourself the trouble and use a different ISP. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. For the more tech savvy crowd: Port flapping issues for the highest speed available. Several outages caused by inexperienced service technicians chopping 48 strand bundles of fiber in various areas. Static IP I paid for was reallocated without any notification. I'm not sure the equipment provided can keep up with the advertised speeds. Probably an ok service if you don't mind being without internet intermittently. Awful if you rely on it for remote work or business. Best if used for leverage with your current ISP to receive a discount on your current service without switching. Would not recommend.
