And when it comes to Macbook screen replacement, you can't imagine how the price can be so costly. I was looking up every single repair service and decided to go to Cellular Repair and Exchange - eventhough they are not specialized in Macbook (more on iPhone and iPad). Here's the reason why I decided to go with this shop: - Price transparency: I was offered 2 tiers of screen to select from, they are both OEM with 90 days warranty: + A grade screen: Taking from another Macbook (legit source) and still work completely fine - $650 (not include tax + labor fee) i chose this + Apple brand new screen - $800 (not include tax + labor fee) - Genuine answers and great support: Matt (the owner) really listened to my concerns and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions - basically gave me the piece of mind with clear and thorough explanation The result: After 2 days since I sent in the Mac (Apple fix took 2 weeks lol - i went to Best Buy and confirmed), it was fixed and working totally fine now. I don't see any difference regarding the display colour comparing to the old screen i had. Thanks Matt. You're a life saver Definitely recommend this local business.

Worst customer service I have ever experience from a cellular retailer. My fiances iPhone has…read moreworked fine for over a year and then today just started showing "No Service." I called Cricket Customer Support and they advised me to go to a Cricket store to have my SIM card replaced since they couldn't resolve my issue. I came to this store and told them what the issue was, what customer service tried and that customer service told me to come have the store swap the SIM card and it would resolve the issue. The employee told me they could do that and started activating a new SIM. The employee then told me the new SIM card would be $10.83. I told her that customer service said the store would swap it for free however the woman at the store said they are not a corporate store therefore, there is a charge for the SIM card. I paid the money for the SIM and after the employee swapped the card, the phone was still showing "No Service." The employee then logged onto the Cricket chat and said she was going to see what they say about it. She told me that if it is not the SIM card that is the problem then she would have to refund me the money I paid for the SIM card. The employee started swapping out multiple SIM cards into the phone per the customer service she was speaking with. After swapping 3-4 SIM cards into the phone, the phone still shows "No Service." The employee then told me that the SIM cards work in her phone but not my fiances therefore it has to be an issue with the iPhone and I would need to take it to an Apple store. I said, "I understand, I will do that. May I please have my $10.83 back since it wasn't the SIM card and you said you would refund me the money if it wasn't the SIM?" The employee told me that since she swapped several SIM cards into the phone, she now owes her own store money for those SIM's and she would not be refunding me the money. I told her I didn't ever agree to that and that what she told me was that if it wasn't the SIM, she would give me the money back. Another customer standing behind me told her he did hear her tell me that. She then informed me that she still wouldn't refund me the money, handed me the phone back and said I needed to go to an Apple store. I asked again, I don't get my money back because you did what YOU'RE customer service told you to do which is try several SIM cards? She said yes. I will NEVER visit this store again and I advise anyone else to do the same since they do not hold true to their word when things don't go their way. Highly disappointed in this store and they have poor representation of the Cricket brand.
