And when it comes to Macbook screen replacement, you can't imagine how the price can be so costly. I was looking up every single repair service and decided to go to Cellular Repair and Exchange - eventhough they are not specialized in Macbook (more on iPhone and iPad). Here's the reason why I decided to go with this shop: - Price transparency: I was offered 2 tiers of screen to select from, they are both OEM with 90 days warranty: + A grade screen: Taking from another Macbook (legit source) and still work completely fine - $650 (not include tax + labor fee) i chose this + Apple brand new screen - $800 (not include tax + labor fee) - Genuine answers and great support: Matt (the owner) really listened to my concerns and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions - basically gave me the piece of mind with clear and thorough explanation The result: After 2 days since I sent in the Mac (Apple fix took 2 weeks lol - i went to Best Buy and confirmed), it was fixed and working totally fine now. I don't see any difference regarding the display colour comparing to the old screen i had. Thanks Matt. You're a life saver Definitely recommend this local business.

    The call center agents are rude and not knowledgeable. The in-store agents don't do what they…read morepromise. After several calls, we still can't get our online account or app set up. Everyone keeps telling us something different. Either no one was trained correctly, or they are allowed to make stuff up and be rude to customers. Such a huge disappointment after transferring in 5 lines.

After 2.5 years of paying a postpaid bill of 142 bucks a month decided it was time to switch them to prepaid since it would be much cheaper and meet their needs better. Everything seemed to be going alright with the store employee Nate at first, but then was told we would have to pay their final bill in full, even though it was the middle of the billing cycle, he reached out to someone and agreed that wasn't correct so that issue corrected. Then as he is closing their current account to move it to the prepaid side, a mysterious computer issue and now it's locked up. So we are now almost 3 hours in with no service either way! Phones are off and still have no postpaid or prepaid service. About 3 seconds away from saying leave it off and taking them to cricket and paying the $200 for new phones and just being done! Buyer SERIOUSLY beware! Have now found out this is freaking sales manager! He has now had to ask another employee to help...this is ridiculous. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!
