    Awesomeness is at the Ashland Branch had them a few years love the service! Phone never has any problems whatsoever. I referred lots.

    GREAT Customer service, yesterday morning my wife's cell phone just died, dead, stone cold, no…read moreoutgoing, or incoming calls, or texts. Our phones are a few years old, so we figured it was just what is, time to get a new phone. She was able to get off work early and we went to the Verizon store on Delta Waters Road. We were second in line and the manager greeted us and we explained the problem, Dead Phone we're here for a phone funeral and a new phone, he advised he would have one of the customer support staff be with us shortly. We were looking at the new phones when we were contacted by one of the customer service reps who identified himself as Tyler. We explained the problem and he asked if he could just take a look at my wife's phone. He did a check of the phone and advised the problem was more than likely just a corrupted sim card. It only took him a few minutes and he had removed the corrupted card, installed another and the phone was revived. Alive and well. Tyler was polite, professional, and certainly proficient in his job. He was just as importantly if not more, HONEST. He could have easily sold us a new phone and we would have never had an inkling that we really didn't need the new phone, we were there to purchase a phone. Thanks Tyler and the Verizon Staff, we certainly appreciate you all and the personable, professional and HONEST, service you provide.

I had plenty in the account & said I can already see on my phone it went through....Allen said no the machine must be having problems- directed me to another machine & used different credit card from Chase bank ! It went through AGAIN! The sales guy said don't worry - that other charge will be canceled! It wasn't!! 3 days later it was completed by US bank - but nobody at the store would take any time to correct the problem! Worst part was how rude they were on the phone ! I was charged twice but now it was my problem???? What kind of business is going on! Filed a case with my bank for reversal of the first charge - will never set foot back in there !!

    WARNING!!!!!!!!!! Chat Cat stores sells used phones as new!…read more Purchased a new phone in Feb 2012. Keypad quit Aug 2012. After contacting the warrenty dept by phone I was told that the phone was activated in 2006 and used for a year then turned in on an upgrade plan. I was lucky to have a copy of the receipt showing that they indeed sell me a "new" phone with a 1 year warrenty. HOWEVER it was a huge hassle to get them to stand behind their mistake. I won't be back!

    I called three weeks ago and was quoted $75 for a new LCD screen for my phone. When I went in…read moreyesterday, I handed my LG phone to the young man behind the counter, and he asked me, "what kind of phone is it?" .... I looked at him with a worried look and said "LG"... I then told him that I wanted to have the cracked screen replaced (LCD screen installed for $75). He brought it back to a dark haired lady in the back office. She then came out and asked me what I was quoted for the repair. I stated that I was quoted $75 to replace it. She then became instantly abrupt, and defensive. She stated, "well you didn't get that quote from me, because we charge $100 minimum for a LCD screen replacement" I told her again that a lady here 3 weeks ago said it was $75. She said, "I don't know what to tell you"... Sooooo I went online, bought a NEW SCREEN for $13.28, and then spent less than 20 minutes replacing it :-) Thanks for the rude and un-professional service Chat Cat, thanks to you store on Delta Waters Rd, I have advised my friends to look at How-To video's on the Internet to do their own phone repairs.... It's really really easy..... Funny it took me less than 20 minutes to fix my phone, not 24-48 hours like I was quoted from your staff....
