WOW!! What service - on the Friday after the 4th of July with minimal staffing they picked up my MacBook Pro from my hotel, diagnosed the problem and provided a work around in less than 2 hrs. These folks are great. Peter read more

The person who "helped" me was not very patient or kind because my search engine was not Google. Even after downloading Google, he was unable to uncover any issue. I cannot comment on his "computer abilities" because I am very tech challenged, so I am focusing on customer service only. In the end, no help- but he did not charge me. read more

Shout out to DR Networking for (again) saving my butt when my beloved old Dell desktop driving two monitors finally said Sayonara. Myles and Sean went above and beyond to make my old SSD work on a new-to-me computer and find an elusive driver to make the two monitors work. All at a VERY reasonable price. I'll be buying a new PC next year...from DR. They are at 485 E. Main, (541) 488-8765, http://www.drnetworking.net/. read more

They have had my laptop for over 2 weeks. Their estimate when I brought it in for a new battery was 5 days. I called 3 days ago and they still didn't have the battery but assured me they'd have it by yesterday and it would be installed same day. I called this morning and got answering service. I left a message for a call back on status of the repair. After receiving no callback, I called them again this afternoon only to learn they are closed. Soonest I will know anything will be in 3 days when they reopen. I had to pay the costs of the new battery up front and still have no idea whether they ordered and received it. I wanted to support a local business but that seems like maybe a bad idea in retrospect. read more

If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go. Full costs ae not disclosed. Be prepared to pay a minimum of $200 extra above the quote before you can get your computer back. Maybe North Bay refugees think it's alright. But those of us who do not have a fat 401k or voluntary separation allowances are fodder for this abysmal Ashlandic permutation of quality. Go to Medford instead and save hundreds in a short drive. 12 miles. Gas prices are high, but the bus is still two bucks with a free 90-minute transfer, A great deal to get a better deal. Go to Medford. read more

Really appreciate the timely manner in which they communicated with me & got back to me. They were able to fix my compute for an extremely reasonable price, which is the price they gave me & well below $200...in fact, they said they wouldn't charge me anything if they couldn't fix it. Thank you Miles & you deserve the 5 stars! read more

Moved to a new place and suddenly my PC would not connect to Spectrum Wi-Fi. I spent a day running network fix-it programs, checking the wireless adapter, you name it. This is my home business computer, so I finally took it to Dr Networking. They fixed it in 15 minutes for $35. This is the second time they've saved my butt. Knowledgeable, fast, cheap - why go anywhere else? Thanks! read more

took 4 months to get my computer back. Came in with a minor problem that needed fixing and didn't see my computer for months. Never in the office when promised he'd be there. Very hard communication. When we finically revived the computer it was missing screws. Very bad time for this to happen while only attempting online classes. do not recommend. read more

I was very unimpressed with the service, and outraged by how much I was charged. I originally thought it would be a good idea to keep it local support an Ashland business, but it took them 3 days, and cost me almost 700 dollars to replace a fried hard drive. On top of that when I asked the secretary about the cost, why it was costing me 2/3 the price of my computer to simply put in a new hard drive (which I know how to do), she got extremly defensive and eventually began screaming at me. In the end, I payed for my new hard drive, and left. 2 months later my new hard drive fried again, meaning all that extra cost of the diagnosis was worthless and they didn't do a thing. I went to conncrting point in Medford the next day explained what ha happened and on the spot they told me what it probably was (a motherboard issue) for free, and I went home and ordered and installed a new one myself. read more

Excellent Service and Great Prices. Miles has helped me with several tech related issues and I always received excellent care at very reasonable prices. He obviously loves what he does and he is extremely knowledgable. Recently, Miles helped with with a nasty hacking incident that could have beed devastating to my iMac as well as my personal and financial security. The pandemic has made our computers and phones critical for work and communication and I am so grateful to know that if something goes wrong--I have Miles to turn to. FIVE STARS and Highly Recommended !!! read more

When we moved from Portland to Ashland one of the things I was worried about was not having an Apple store nearby. I needn't have worried. The folks at Dr. Networking have been great both when I bring my computer to the shop, and when they can fix the problem remotely. I've always received great service at a reasonable price. read more

How unhelpful can employees be? Just study the people at Dr. Networking in Ashland. -The (unnamed) girl who did the actual work gave me two options as a fix. I selected one of the options but when I got home I found out she had actually installed the other (unselected) option. Now I can't even find a "delete" button on the installed program. -The same employee has a bad habit of - without notice - putting you on hold and sending your call to the front desk person. Not once but 3 times! -The front desk person needs to go to charm school. He does not have a cool head at all. He is happy to yell at you and hang up on you. This did not happen to just me. When I walked into Dr. Networking's office this male was having a yelling contest with a telephone customer. Later, when I was standing by his desk to pick up my computer he was having a heated conversation with a walk in customer. -Nearly 24 hours later neither my husband nor myself has been able to locate a "delete" button. I will not walk in the door by myself so my husband has volunteered to seek help with the "delete" button. I have used Dr. Networking for several occasions, both new owners and the old ones, but guess I'll be looking for another computer repair business. read more

Katherine just left after fixing my problems. She was so knowledgable and nice. Spectrum came out before her and told me my router was broke but Katherine set it up and it works fine. I also couldn't get Netflix upstairs and she solved that problem too. Call Dr. Networking if you want great service! read more

I spent 3 hours trying to trouble shoot my iPhone iPad wifi setup with my printer. Then I called Dr Networking! Cliff was at my door at right on time. We discussed the problem for a couple of minutes and Cliff went to work to cure the problem. Twenty minutes later it was fixed! Cliff pointed out where the printed instructions were unclear and then showed several new functions of the setup. The service was not cheap but it was discussed up front and the visit was professional. Most importantly the set up worked perfectly. Highly recommend! read more

Easy, fast, knowledgeable, kind and fair. Pretty much all I need from my computer support team :) thanks Dr. networking!

Dr. Networking provided the Independent College Bookstore Association, Inc. (ICBA) with outstanding service for many years. In addition to being available for quick service on a regular basis, Clif established a preventive maintenance program for the organization that helped keep our server and laptop computers in good shape. Liz transferred data for any new computers we purchased and was always available for a quick question regarding programs and/or problems. When the ICBA organization moved to Chicago, Clif assisted in purchasing a new server and transferring hardware and software to the new location. Thank you, Dr. Networking! read more
