Service itself is a SOLID 3. After 4pm we always seem have slower internet speeds.... They do a good job *considering the high demand* Support local businesses and you'll be rewarded with EXCELLENT customer service and people who consistently try to do better. I've tried all 3: consistently better results than Charter and/or Spectrum Internet (in my limited experience over 6 years). In addition, several times the person they send is not sufficiently trained to resolve the issue -- and we have to wait another 10 days. Some configuration of this has happened between 8 and 10 times in 7 years. This is our SECURITY system. We pay a high price for this service but, when we have a need, we have to go without security for 10 days or longer??? We are NOT impressed.
