They went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal and spent so much time getting me set up and ready to go. I never felt rushed, despite the fact that there were other customers waiting. On the contrary, I felt like their highest priority from the time I entered the store in a panic with a defunct phone until the time that I left with a new working phone.
