One of the things that always impresses me is his ability to QUICKLY determine what the problem is. He really knows his stuff. I feel that his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable ... and when you combine that with the fact that he's not wasting a lot of time poking around, trying to figure out what might be wrong, Mark's service is a real BARGAIN! Even when I've done something that caused the problem in the first place, he never makes me feel stupid. He explains things clearly, in language I can understand, and he's always so patient. I appreciate that a lot. I found out about Mark through a recommendation from a friend, and, in turn, I've recommended Mark, without any hesitation or misgivings, to my friends who need a "computer guy". MARK IS AWESOME!!!!

I left my husband and they didn't read 8 1/2 x 11 notes on cupboards & other areas, acknowledge labeling for what stayed there and what went.
