Most unprofessional accounting firm we have ever used. Took six months to file our taxes. They…read morefiled an extension the day before they were due, we had all our papers to them In February. Several errors caused additional delays than an IRS audit. No help with the audit, the audit was again from another error from the previous year in filing for more than allowed mortgage interest. The audit cost us over 5000.00 in fines with the IRS. They also made an error on our business tax forms which they gave us to file for the wrong year. After Russ told us there was NO WAY they could have done that, they made me prove it. After several hours on the phone with Oregon Dept of Revenue, and getting pictures of the documents that Russ sent us to file. I sent Russ the proof. No apology no nothing. They take no responsibility for their actions. I would not Recommend for personal or professional accounting.

It took FOUR MONTHS to complete our return. Obviously, they are too busy to take on new clients, so you'd be better off taking your business elsewhere. Thanks to Cramer & Associates, we owe over $2,000 to the IRS for late filing penalties. To add insult to injury, when I called them today to get help in filing an abatement, I was told that, sure, they could contact the IRS for us, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, but they can't get to it right away.
