    I started my warranty repair for a new refrigerator in November 2020. They said they were ordering…read moreparts for the icemaker and that they would call as soon as they arrived. They arrived at the end of January 2021 and the first appointment was February 8th. The technician was respectful. He was unable to repair the door to the freezer. He thawed the ice supply line thinking that was it. He ordered a door assembly for the door. I called again the following day and let them know the icemaker still doesn't work. They said they'd order parts What happened to the parts they already ordered and waited 2 months for?! I'll update again once we get the next set of parts - in 6 MONTHS.

    My KitchenAid dishwasher is under warranty and the door stopped closing (seized latch). I called…read morewarranty support and they scheduled Quality Electronics to come out. Quality Electronics called me shortly after to schedule an appointment. They scheduled the repair between 8-4, and said they would call the day of. The appointment day rolled around and I got no call and no show. I called KitchenAid the next day, said they would make note of the incident, confirmed that I did have the right date on my calendar, and scheduled Sharper Service Solutions to come out instead. One of my friends was over and was playing with the washer, somehow got the latch unstuck. Sharper Services actually called me the day of the appointment and was very nice, even though I no longer needed their services. They told me that the stuck latch is a common issue and told me to use a piece of wire to get it unstuck if it happens again. So here we are the week after my initial appointment was, and Quality Electronics calls me to set up an appointment for Friday, not even acknowledging that they were supposed to be here 6 days ago. I told them that I no longer needed their service and the guy sounded like it was an inconvenience that he apparently just got the part in. It looks like my experience is in line with everyone else's - this company sucks.

    My husband and I bought an LG TV in November. It broke and was under warranty. LG gave me the…read morename of this business as a certified repair person. I contacted him on January 10th regarding the repair. Ron (I'm assuming the owner) asked me to send him pictures of what was broken. I did so that day. He said he would contact LG, order the part he needed, and get a repair ordered started. After a few weeks I hadn't heard from him, I called him again and he said that LG hadn't gotten back to him. I gave it a little bit more time and then my husband called him. Every single time we called, his excuse was that LG hadn't gotten back to him. After a month and a half, I called LG myself. LG informed me that there wasn't even a pending work order and that Ron had never even contacted LG to get the ball rolling. After an hour on the phone with LG, I was able to get a work order started. I called Ron back and told them we got a work order. He said again, that he would contact LG and get the part ordered. A week and half went by, and by no surprise, no call from Ron! My husband called him again to see where we were at. He said that LG had finally just contacted him the day prior (which seemed to be a pattern). My husband told him that he felt that we were being strung along. Finally, after nearly 2 months, Ron let us know that he is on a pre-payment plan with LG and can't afford to order an $800 part to come repair our tv which is under warranty. I find it hard to believe that a part is $800 on a tv that only cost $500. So now after 2 months, we have gotten nowhere because of Ron's poor business practices. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I cannot believe that someone that does business this way can still possibly be in business. My next step will be to call LG and have him removed from their approved repair people. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
