One of my friends was over and was playing with the washer, somehow got the latch unstuck. Sharper Services actually called me the day of the appointment and was very nice, even though I no longer needed their services. They told me that the stuck latch is a common issue and told me to use a piece of wire to get it unstuck if it happens again. So here we are the week after my initial appointment was, and Quality Electronics calls me to set up an appointment for Friday, not even acknowledging that they were supposed to be here 6 days ago. I told them that I no longer needed their service and the guy sounded like it was an inconvenience that he apparently just got the part in.
