That only took about a day and a half. When they left, we had heat, but needed an electrician to come run a new wire so that everything would work. The guys from Crescent Electric came out and got that all taken care of. Once that was done, Fernando came out to get the system dialed in and up and running. Everyone that we dealt with through this process was as friendly and professional as they could be. The install looks really neat and clean. They answered all of our questions and gave thorough explanations on how to work the system and thermostat. We couldn't be happier with the service and the product that we got from Frank's. On a side note..........it sure was nice to have that air conditioner when we had that Crescent City heat wave a few days ago!
