I gave Murphy's Plumbing a courtesy call at 08:15 am to let them know that we had gotten it fixed and that we did not need their assistance after all. The man who answered the phone raised his voice in a rude tone and asked "What was wrong with it?"Told him I don't know, it's fixed. Then he asked "Who did the job?" Told him another company and he insisted on knowing who I had called. When I told him it doesn't really matter it"s fixed and I was just giving him a courtesy call, he abruptly hung the phone up on me. They finished yesterday the 19 except the seat had not come in. They told me when it comes in they will come back and install the seat. My new shower is so beautiful. Jake and Jesse did a wonderful job. They cleaned up when the install was complete. All I had to do was put my towels on the towel bar and the rug on the floor.
