They came out two days later spent about 15 minutes and came in and told us they had pumped the tank. I went on vacation for two weeks and came back and the lid to the septic tank was not reinstalled. After having another backup and water coming out of the pipes all over the hardwood floor I remove the cover on the septic tank to find the tank completely full? The technician had only pumped about 6 in of 1,000 gallon tank. I called Roto-Rooter and told them that they did not pump out the whole tank and the technician told me that he had emptied the tank which was untrue he also told me the due to the heavy rains the tank could fill up completely in 2 weeks. Truth to the matter the tank was never pumped! Always only pumped enough to where they thought the plumbing would flow again! Scandalous business practices! If we wouldn't have checked the tank we would have kept trying to unclog the pipes when it was just they never pump the tank! What they did was try to pump enough out of the tank so the plumbing would flow again but they didn't and due to them not putting the lid back on upon checking realize trying to get one over on us. I am going to notify the attorney general and the better Business bureau and will never use this scandalous company again! $850 for nothing complete fraud beware!
