We had several contractors before mark come out and start the job and then take payment and never come back to finish leaving us more screwed than in the first place ..Mark is sticking with us through thick and thin..Thank you for your honesty I feel like not only did I find an amazing company but also think my husband and I have found a new amazing friend!

As a single widow I was not sure who to go to when my hot water heater sprung a huge leak and a…read morewhole lot of damage to my home. I got bids and talked to three different contractors. Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. In the future I plan on having him do the work that I will need. If anyone who is reading this has any questions that I can answer just message me on FB. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Jeannette Jones

When speaking with the manufacturer's representative of the PVC sheeting company (Versico), he said everyone knows that you can't put PVC sheeting over asphalt as it will deteriorate within a year and that he did not like to see it happen and hated to say it but that we had gotten screwed. One roofing company we had stop by for a bid to replace the roof said they had never seen such a bad roofing job. There was much more wrong than just the PVC being on top of the tarred roof. Whenever we had concerns, we were gaslighted until we stopped explaining our concerns. We continually heard "take five roofers and you will get five different opinions" or "residential application is different than commercial application". Oregon Contractors Board's mediator worked out a deal between us in 2023.

Paul Smith at Curry Home Inspection did a terrific job. He was aware of our situation and provided us with a professional, detailed inspection. Not only was the inspection detailed but he also took pictures of everything and provided us with such a complete report that we can quite literally hand his report to contractors for them to know exactly where to complete the repairs. We cannot thank him enough and I highly recommend him.

He replaced the concrete in my backyard. Not only did he do a terrible job but he left beer bottles all over my back yard, splattered concrete all over my walls, left concrete spoils all over my backyard, destroyed my stairs, left gravel in the front and back of my house, left his tools behind, and put cracks in the good cement. To top this all off, this guy tries to give me an invoice for another $2800!!! He said he could install a pipe underground. He wasn't even licensed to do this! I had to have two other construction companies come over to review his work and they were shocked! They both said he did a terrible job and were embarrassed for him and the fact that he actually had a license. I've been in this nightmare for months and had to file a complaint against the CCB on him, tried mediation and now am going to have to go to court. I've even spoke to other people who have also had a bad experience from his work! Please do yourself a huge favor and learn from me and stay away from Monazi Construction. There are many other choices from other contractors who actually know what they're doing.
