Denton showed up on time, replaced my door lock & re-keyed as fast as lightening. He was very nice & trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Was visiting my mom in Oregon over Mother's Day week. She had just moved the month before from closer to me in California. My husband and I brought the dogs, arrived around 3am, and took the key and went off to bed. I woke up the next morning and the key was bent. We tried to fix it ourself by bending it back (I'm not sure why we thought that was a good idea), and snapped it in half. This was the first place I called. Denton told me he was the only person in town who could do if, but he wouldn't be available until Friday, or later that day (Wednesday), and I was planning on leaving earlier that afternoon. So, I went around to a few stores and called a few places - everyone had their Anchor Lock & Keys phone number for when they couldn't help a customer fix their keys. My mom ended up getting the key fixed; and got spares - because, why don't you have a spare for these kind of situations. Overall very happy with the customer service! Only thing my mom mentioned was that the place was hard to find; but that could be because she's new to the area and the address on here has not been updated. Very unprofessional!!!! I am a Realtor and I needed to have locks changed. I gave the address and was told they would meet me at the property for the lock out to do the work. The guy called the additional two local locksmiths and told them NOT to do the job for me because he was friends with the occupant. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is and would suggest if you need locks changed, find some other company thaty is professional. read more

These guys are as good as it gets -- competent, quick, extremely honest, friendly, and dedicated to the customer. I've used them to install locks, change locks, etc. They go out of their way to serve their customers, give the customers what they need, not oversell or pressure, and they do their jobs promptly and professionally. This is a great place to get key copies thar work! My wife forgot her key set for our motorhome. Since we found it inconvenient and unsettling to not have a second set we sought a source for specialized key copies. This proved to be the place. Copies of special keys ar a reasonable price.
