They bid a small job of another type, took a deposit, then doubled the deposit, both of which we paid. They ordered materials. Then we were forgotten. I had to proactively pursue them for status, which seemed to be received with bother. After about seven weeks and several excuses, I was offered a refund of my deposit because "I'm too busy to follow up more on what happened to this order..." Wow. Sorry to have been such a hassle for you. My bad. Unprofessional in a small town can't be a good thing. I'd recommend making another choice if it were you.

I will always hire them for future projects. They keep you informed and involved, actually listen to your ideas and preferences and then do the job with expert care and attention to detail, explaining what is needed all along the way. Projects they've done for me include: Repairing rather than replacing rotting windows, (saving me thousands of dollars), fixing drainage issues on a balcony and re-tiling it, (which had been done previously by another outfit without success), Fixing all the wood rot caused by the aforementioned balcony drainage issues, installing beautiful wood floors and painting the rooms (and repainting someone else's botched paint job), fixing difficult doors, exterior stucco painting, and many many other small jobs I added to their punch list. Save yourself botched jobs headaches and hire the best from the get go, get it done right the first time, and learn a ton along the way by using All In One. Remember you get what you pay for and they have fair and transparent prices to boot. Stop looking and call All in One.

I was very impressed with Pete's work. He is competent, works hard, cleans up well, and is a very pleasant man. I would definitely hire Men of Steel again. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

I use Yelp for just about everything, and a quick look at the reviews on Yelp for Grants Pass pointed me toward AirTec Heating & Air. I made a phone call and AirTec showed up at my home the very next day. Within minutes of inspecting my AC system, AirTec diagnosed the problem and said it would take one to two days to obtain the needed part depending on if it was in stock or not. Two days later, AirTec returned with the necessary part and installed it. During the installation, they discovered the central air conditioning system in my house was not wired correctly, and they fixed that too. I don't write very many reviews on Yelp, but the reviews I read about AirTec were spot on, and I was very happy I chose them. My air conditioning system is working fine once again and I would recommend AirTec to anyone.
