I started my warranty repair for a new refrigerator in November 2020. They said they were ordering parts for the icemaker and that they would call as soon as they arrived. They arrived at the end of January 2021 and the first appointment was February 8th. The technician was respectful. He was unable to repair the door to the freezer. He thawed the ice supply line thinking that was it. He ordered a door assembly for the door. I called again the following day and let them know the icemaker still doesn't work. They said they'd order parts What happened to the parts they already ordered and waited 2 months for?! I'll update again once we get the next set of parts - in 6 MONTHS. read more

My KitchenAid dishwasher is under warranty and the door stopped closing (seized latch). I called warranty support and they scheduled Quality Electronics to come out. Quality Electronics called me shortly after to schedule an appointment. They scheduled the repair between 8-4, and said they would call the day of. The appointment day rolled around and I got no call and no show. I called KitchenAid the next day, said they would make note of the incident, confirmed that I did have the right date on my calendar, and scheduled Sharper Service Solutions to come out instead. One of my friends was over and was playing with the washer, somehow got the latch unstuck. Sharper Services actually called me the day of the appointment and was very nice, even though I no longer needed their services. They told me that the stuck latch is a common issue and told me to use a piece of wire to get it unstuck if it happens again. So here we are the week after my initial appointment was, and Quality Electronics calls me to set up an appointment for Friday, not even acknowledging that they were supposed to be here 6 days ago. I told them that I no longer needed their service and the guy sounded like it was an inconvenience that he apparently just got the part in. It looks like my experience is in line with everyone else's - this company sucks. read more

We called Samsung about a faulty ice maker, and they said they would cover the parts if we payed the labor which should be about an hour. Quality's tech showed already knowing what the job was and had the parts in hand but said he still had to charge us a $60 service fee that would not be applied towards the repair and that the total was going to be around $240. The tech said it was going to take over 2 hours to replace the ice maker and a circuit board on the back and add a bead of silicone sealer to the ice maker cabinet. We had already thawed the ice maker and it literally took him 20 minutes to change out the parts. The Tech said his boss, the owner told him to charge us $240 but because he didn't need as much time he would only charge us $190. We got our parts for free so we should be happy with thEir price was the explanation... I will never use Quality Electronics for anything ever again and I reported them to Samsung, and after writing this mIght just report them to the better business bureau!!! read more

This is the worst most unprofessional company I've ever been forced to give business to. I've had them out for 3 warranty services calls and the appliance was never fixed Lowe's replaced the item ultimately. Current experience worse than the first. They blamed the issue on the electrical, I hired an electrician and the qualified educated electrician said NOTHING was wrong with the electrical in the house. They come back and said nope i refuse to do the repair it's in the electrical. I ask if the repair person was an electrician and the answer was NO but he knows about electricity. Buyer beware!!! This company does not understand the concept of good customer service. We have a service contract through KitchenAid. The thermostat broke and our vegetables were frozen. KitchenAid sent this "service provider" to our home to repair it. What a joke. My husband received a call from Quality Electronics with an appointment range of time they would be out here. Another man called from Quality Electronics and said someone would be out on a different date & time. My husband said that someone from his company had already called and made an earlier appointment. The man lost his temper. He told my husband in a raised voice that no one from his company had called to schedule an appointment. He said, "This is the time I've got. Take it or leave it!" Unfortunately, my sweet and gentle husband took it -- and things went downhill from there. A disreputable person showed up at our door and announced he was here to fix our fridge. Before he ever looked at it he said it just needed to be re-set. He said, "I expect people to know how to operate their own equipment." Charming. Michael tried to explain the symptoms. The guy didn't listen. He re-set the thermostat. He told Michael that he got $75 when he rang the doorbell and $10 for every 3 minutes after that. He either didn't know how to inspect the refrigerator and repair it or he's ripping KitchenAid off by making them pay for a second service call. Duh! Install a new thermostat. Bottom line: He was wrong. The thermostat still did not work even after he re-set it. The celery we put in as a test froze and was covered with ice crystals. Yesterday, Darren from Quality Electronics came to fix my washer ( We are a family of 6 so we use it alot) He was on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. After I explained the problems I was having he inspected the washer and found the problem...All the while he was also educating me on why the problem happened and how to use my washer properly to get the most out of it. After contacting KitchenAide about a problem with our new refrigerator , and having to make an appointment, confirm that appointment, change that appointment, Quality Electronics showed up. They brought a part, did not install it, determined the problem was solved and left. The problem was not solved, and now they say the ticket it closed and we need to start all over again with a new ticket from KitchenAide. The ticket should never have been closed until it was determined that the problem was actually solved. Would not recommend. read more

I called Lowes for the warranty I had on my Samsung refrigerator. They scheduled a date and time for the service and I received an email confirming the service with Quality Electronics Service (QES). Fortunately, I called QES to confirm and they explained that Lowes shouldn't be scheduling so I was able to schedule directly with QES. They said they knew what was wrong and ordered a replacement kit for the ice maker which freezes and stops working. QES came on time and Gilbert the service technician was great. He explained each step he took and showed me each part in the kit that was being replaced. He did ask me if I wanted an explanation as some customer don't care. Anyway, he replaced the parts cleaned the condenser by blowing out the dust and vacuumed the area. Very professional with great communication. I would recommend this company to others. read more

My new LG dryer stopped working but bought the Best Buy extended 5-year warranty and they had Quality Electronics call me. They pre-ordered a computer board and as soon as the part came in, they scheduled a service visit. Cody came and checked the panel and filter flow. Do yourself a favor and make sure when you buy an appliance that you ask the manufacturer who services their equipment. If they say, quality electronics, run. Do not stop. We had a Samsung dishwasher that the cycle stopped working within 10 minutes. Called Samsung, they said they would replace the part but we had to pay for service. The 1st guy came, had to google what to do, spent 2 hours, replaced the motherboard and left with it running. This guy also never pulled the machine out to look at it running. The next time I needed to run the dishwasher, the same scenario stopping after 10 minutes. I call QE and they said they would send someone down, in 5 days. What? You won't make a call to come sooner? The next guy comes. I argue with him and say, you need to fix it at no charge. I also ask if I should tell Samsung. No, we will take care of it. 2nd guy spends 2 hours, watching and says, let's clean it out, it's fine. Boss calls technician, tells him to funish and leave. Offer us a part of an overflow valve with a $60 service fee. Well, the technician says, YOU DON'T NEED IT. So, we say no. Ok. Now, 7 days later and it stopped again. This time I report to Samsung and they say, we will cover the part. QE calls and says, we will charge you $60 service and $75 for mileage. I say NO, you didn't fix it. They say, you said no, your tech said we didn't need it. So around and around we go and then I get another phone call from QE, and she says, if aren't going to make a decision, then I'm closing the ticket. So, the solution was, I did my research and saved my money, bought a new dishwasher from people that serviced their own products. These scammers will never come in my house again. read more

I called to have my refrigerator fixed at 9:00 AM. No one answered the phone and I left a message for a return call. 2:00 hours later I got called back. I was told it would be $60 for someone to arrive to get a quote on my leaking refrigerator but first I was told they needed a form filled out before I could get an appointment and the form would be E=mailed to me. 2 hours later I had not received the E-mail so I called back and was told that someone would call me back and after an additional 2 hours no one called. I called them back but no one answered the phone I left a message for another call, but they did not call me. The water was building up on my kitchen floor and the floor by this time started to buckle. After spending most of the day trying to get some form of customer service, I decided to call another appliance repair shop who came out immediately and fixed my problem. I will never call this company again and advise for others to find a company that is more dependable. read more

Whirlpool contacted them to check our brand new stove out - it stopped working after only two months. They dragged their feet about coming, didn't call back when we called for information, and finally called us up and claimed that Whirlpool had 'rejected our claim'. We immediately called Whirlpool, who stated that Quality Electronics had called them and THEY had 'rejected our claim'. Huh? Anyhow, Whirlpool is going to send someone else out now. read more

Prior to the house call they gathered all the necessary info, including catching a mistake made by the warranty provider, to get us back up and running. I was also impressed by their "triage team". After the initial scheduling call, they called ahead to ask questions about the problem to ensure they had all the right parts prior to coming out to my home for the repair. Responded promptly to the manufacturer's referral and stayed in frequent touch with followup calls until they were able to schedule the visit -- they need to bunch a full day's worth of calls here because of the distance, so it took ten days. The owner, Dave genuinely cares about his customer service. He was very responsive to our concerns of an ongoing problem with our washing machine. Technician Darren came out quickly and was very thorough with the diagnosis of the washing machine. It turned out the problem was the pedestal, it is not adequate for the machine. Darren was pleasant and not only explained the issue, he took time to show why the machine and pedestal were not a good fit. He offered several helpful, budget friendly suggestions how to remedy the problem. Instead, I received crisp, clear communication from the office staff. They explained that they wouldn't make the 2 hour trip to diagnose because they would rather order the probable parts and solve it all in one trip. That is exactly what happened. The knowledgeable, professional technician showed up with the parts, did the diagnosis, replaced the parts and the frig has been working fine for the two months since he was here. Samsung stove repair under warranty. They called me to let me know the part was in and they wanted to schedule a service for a Tuesday between 9 and noon. I told the caller that I did not get off work until 4 and was told that they did not schedule appointments after that time. I said; "So how can we make this work" and was told that "we have hundreds of jobs and we can't just put you in whenever its convenient for you...I don't have to sit here and listen to customers gripe at me". Charged me $175 to fix my TV $40 over the original estimate they charged me $40 for a service fee but I brought the TV to the shop and then charge me another $40 to find out what was wrong with the TV and they told me it was a computer thing. Our dog took a bite out of our Whirlpool front loading washing machine. So I went to the Whirlpool website and requested service. This was the company that answered my request. Everyone was super nice, from the lady who scheduled to the wonderful technician who came out. But here's the thing. The call cost $330, of which only $135 was the part. The rest was the cost of the service call--$125 labor and $75 service call. He was here for 35 minutes. I knew the total cost going in, they called a few days before and told me. But I assumed the part was expensive. I was shocked to see I was billed $200 for 35 minutes. We will not be using them again when other technicians are much cheaper. read more

The tech they sent out, a tall skinny guy with short hair in his late 20's or early30's. My glass cooktop cracked while cooking a corned beef in a stock pot. First words out of the techs mouth was " I see right where you hit it". There was no impact of any kind, it just cracked. This guy acted like an insurance adjuster, and was very condescending and I knew from the moment he came in he was going to try to discredit my insurance claim. They gave me a 3 hour window to be home, I was 3 minutes away from home, and he threatened to charge me by the minute if I wasn't there. I arrived 1.5 minutes after he did, and he had attitude from then on. I would never use this company ever. American home shield sent them out, and I will contest their assertion of abuse, unless watching water boil in a stockpot is abuse! Stay away from this company. read more

We were given this company's phone number after we had a terrible experience with another electronic repair company. Quality was quick in getting ahold of us, ordered a part which came in very quickly and worked around our schedule to come out and repair our tv. The technician Robert that came out was very friendly and quick at his repair. He did a great job, was thorough, and double checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. beware people this company charges too much and do not know what they are doing.they blamed my house electrical, for not enough power to my dishwasher. and charged me 75.00. when in fact there was a service bulliten on line that said there is a problem with the heating element posted by ge..which causes a false power reading at the unit.the are fos.they told me i had to get a licensed electrician to check the house power i did and it was fine.then they told me it will be another 75.00 to check power to the dishwasher.you can check it a 100 times and get the same result. it is being repaired next week by just in time appliance. then i have to wait for ge to reemburse me for the repair. beware of them and home of the future in medford. thats a whole new problem.it will be almost 30 days to get it fixed. read more
