I call them at around 11:48. Got a guy named "Don" (maybe "John") on the phone. He initially said he could come out at 2 pm, but I told him that was literally the only time that whole day I would be unavailable (from 2 to 3). He then said he could come over in an hour. Great. I watch Mr Robot, then experience a brief power failure right after. No one shows up. That power failure caused my security system some minor issues. The cameras were still recording, but I couldn't access the base station until everything was working again. That meant sitting at my front door with my dog with nothing on just waiting for this guy to show up. He never shows.
At about 1:35 or 1:40 pm, I decide to call them and find out what is going on. My appointment time is coming up, and I am stressing about not being able to do my doctor's appointment if this guy randomly decides to show up during it. I get a guy named Dave on the phone. He says I am not in their system at all. Nothing about me in there whatsoever. So he basically has me start over. I explain the issue. He hits me with, "OOOOH YEAH I HEARD DON TALKING TO YOU", then says that he will try contacting Don to find out what was going on. During this call, he has a phone ringing in the background, and says that he has to answer that call. No idea who would be calling that would be more important than a frustrated customer who was talking to him right then (me). So that had me even angrier. He said he has me in the system now, and "wasn't going to forget about me" (I mumbled under my breath, "...again"), and he ended the call.
I start my doctors appointment at 2 pm. Get a call about 5 minutes into the appointment (I ignore it, obviously). I return the call at 3 pm (immediately after my appointment), and I get some guy named Jeremy on the phone. He tells me that they showed up at 1 pm and no one answered. He said he knocked on my door and no one came. I had a very hard time believing that, especially since I was standing at my front door FOR CERTAIN at 1 pm with my dog literally just waiting for people to show up. He INSISTS that he showed up at the right house. I double check my address with him several times, and he sounded frustrated with me (like he had a right to be in the first place). He then says that someone can come tomorrow (7/8/2022) at 2 pm. He doesn't apologize at all, since he was right certain that I was the one who had screwed up. He tries to prove it to me by describing a bunch of stuff that wasn't in my yard. He describes a sign that I have never seen before, and says there was no bug netting on my porch. Also, the units are clearly labeled right at the street. No way any sane competent person would miss that. He still doesn't apologize to me, even after it is now KNOWN that he didn't show up at my house at any point. It is also important to mention here, that TWO of them came looking for me, but NEITHER of them tried calling my phone when they showed up and no one answered the door. I also mention to him that I now had access to all of my security footage that had been recorded, and there were NO SIGNS of anyone coming near my home at 1 pm.
SO now we are at today (7/8/2022). Big surprise, no one shows up at 2 pm. This time, my GF and I are BOTH home, and BOTH waiting for someone to show up. The cameras are all fully functional, as well as the base station. I turn my ringer on max volume as well, so every single time my camera's picked anything up, I would get a notification. After waiting until 2:35, I leave my GF in the living room next to the front door with my dog. After I hit 3 pm, I am completely livid. I had no calls from them. No one showed up. Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all to indicate that these people have any interest in helping me in the slightest. I decide to call them at 3 pm to find out what is going on. Someone named Mary answers the phone. She admits that she had to look on YESTERDAY'S schedule to find my information. I wasn't on the schedule today at all. On top of that, they put me on the schedule YESTERDAY at 7 PM (still didn't show up then either). She puts me on hold to find out what is going on. She comes back about 1 minute later and says that someone just got there and they were coming right now to help me. I asked her why no one showed up at 2 pm, or at least called me. She had no answer. This means, had I not called them at 3 pm, I would have never heard from them again. So that promise about "not forgetting me" was clearly broken. I told her to not even bother, and that I would be seeking the services of another company or individual that would be more professional and reliable.
I BEG anyone who needs hep to call anyone else. If these guys don't know how to use a phone, a computer, or know anything about customer service, I am not trusting them around my expensive air conditioner. I wouldn't even recommend they be near sharp objects. read more
