I told him I need to watch my budget and he said he's look for the best price on well made parts from reputable manufacturers. That's only fair. He's also a really good guy with a positive attitude. So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions. I'm curious and if I can learn something that will help me catch a problem BEFORE is more serious than it has to be, then I'd like to do that. I think that's best for both sides of a repair issue. Be honest with Brain -- he'll return the favor and do a terrific job for you!!!

They made 4 attempts to diagnose and fix it (4 visits total). Finally, they determined that it was the motor that was malfunctioning-- but since that part had been discontinued, the unit was non repairable. They also gave me great advice on how to buy a new one that would fit into the compact space. 10 stars!!!

But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. Every interaction feels personal, like you're talking to people who actually care about solving your problem rather than just making a sale. I brought in a piece from my washer that couldn't be fixed, and we couldn't find a replacement part anywhere. Instead of brushing me off or trying to upsell me, their team went above and beyond. They took the time to look it over, explain what was going on (a rat was eating my washer!!!!!!), and even suggested a few ways I might be able to fix it myself. And the best part, their advice worked. It's rare to find a business that's this honest and this committed to helping people. I gave them a call and they had my part in stock and cheaper than online sites. Customer service was friendly and laid back, definitely not politically correct... but sometimes that's refreshing. A throwback to how things use to be everywhere before so many got bent outta shape over nothing... I digress. The counter folks were helpful and informative, didn't upsell me on garbage, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the repair. We talked about what could be the cause of failure for the part I was replacing. That helped me realize maybe I should change another integral part out as well, which they had readily available at a great price too. It definitely wasn't an upsell as I was trying to determine the initial cause of the failure. Their explanation made me realize that I'd rather not chance another failure if avoidable. Overall, a dying breed of a business selling replacement parts needed to repair all those appliances with planned obsolescence. Why spend hundred$$$ on replacing the whole appliance when you can spent $10-20 and a 1/2 hour of the day and be up and running?!?
