No where in town could a get this specialized screw driver and I had a big project set to do on Monday and needed my computer charged-up. Chris returned my phone call on Sunday morning (even though he is normally closed on weekends) and was very friendly, personable, and ready to loan me one of his screw drivers. Fortunately, I have managed to MacGyver my battery free after calling him (people under 30 may have to google MacGyver to get the reference), so I did not need to take him up on his generous offer. Although my interaction with Chris was only on the phone, his prompt and personal nature definitely made a great impression. Mobile Madness of Ashland is as good a business as one could hope to find. I have gone on three separate occasions for various problems small and large, I have been greeted with the most friendly and helpful customer service I have ever encountered. Aaron Sanders, the manager and technician, really knows his stuff. The first time I went there I had cracked my screen, disconnecting it from my phone. Aaron fixed it literally in seconds, free of charge. I later had to replace the screen, which he completed swiftly. I would describe this business and it's employees, namely Aaron, as knowledgeable, honest, kind, cost effective, and very efficient. No attempt has been made to up sell to me, and all of the services provided have been included in the initial charge. On the contrary, I felt like their highest priority from the time I entered the store in a panic with a defunct phone until the time that I left with a new working phone.
