2026 - Review #14…read more Booked a field trip here and my students had a blast. I worked with Kimmet to organize the whole thing and she was kind and attentive during the entire process. She answered all my questions and made the booking process seem less. Minus 1 star for our ticket mix up. We booked the all access package and by the time it was sorted out the All Access attraction (Tree Top) had a long line and wait. Also minus 1 star for the staff help, there was one lady at the front with red hair who seemed to have an attitude every time I came to ask a question. With 90 students and over 20 adults quite a bit of questions arose and some things were unclear. It would be helpful to assign a staff member to each field trip group to limit having to speak to multiple staff. Lastly, be mindful of the tunnels. They are fun however, we had middle school students present during our visit and they were making out in the tunnels. Better lighting could help fix this with a reminder to chaperones and parents to keep an eye on their children. Highlights - Massage Chairs - Plenty of space for student to run and explore - Activities for everyone - Snacks Bar

I paid $25 dollars for myself just to watch them play. Not a big deal. Doing it for the kids anyways. I go upstairs to the cafe as soon as we paid to get the kids some food and purchases 2 beers and they cut off my $25 dollar wristband and tell me i can't go on any of the course.. i really didn't want to anyways. And i get that they don't people drinking and climbing around it's a liability. So i asked for a refund since i literally just walked in and just wanted to watch anyways.. this place is a scam If you have two or more drinks they automatically cut off your entrance wristband.. btw only 3 drinks per person

What an incredible local zip line park! Yesterday, I took my girls and my nephew to Trinity Forest…read moreAdventure Park, and we had an absolute blast. I was surprised to find such an exciting outdoor adventure spot right on the edge of Dallas. The staff was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The park features nine aerial adventure courses, each offering different levels of difficulty, making it perfect for all skill levels. Every course was a thrill! We spent three hours tackling as many challenges as we could and completely lost track of time. This is a fantastic destination for families and groups looking for a fun and active outdoor experience. We'll definitely be back!

You will have to buy gloves for the activity so you don't mess up your hands while doing the courses or they also do have them for sale in the entrance for $10 each pair. Upon checking in, 2 people at the front aren't the best at customer service, not welcoming at all. Our instructors tho were amazing and we thankfully got out into a bigger group and we all had a blast. Very shaded activity as well, no need for a hat in my opinion, they also had free lockers.

This is a really nice facility. I came here for a free Tai Chi class that was offered as part of…read morethe Healthier Texas Challenge. The class was amazing! The instructor was a great communicator and demonstrated the steps in the simplest form making it easy for a beginner like me to follow along. I was actually sore the next day! The facility is quite large and offers a variety of services. We were in a large room with tall floor to ceiling windows that faces the park. It was nice to be able to see outside and enjoy the greenery. However, this also meant that the instructor was backlit. She did not turn on the lights in the room. This was okay for me, but it probably would have been better if she has turned on the lights so that we could see her better. In the hallway, there were a lot of paintings on display and they were actually for sale. They highlighted local artists and several of their works. The paintings were priced around $250. It is very reasonable considering the cost of canvas, paint, frame, and the creativity and labor that goes into the work. The front desk staff were helpful. I stopped by there first, and one woman staff member was kind enough to walk me to the room where my class took place. The gym has several of these large rental room spaces, but it also has a gym with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and machines The City of Richardson allows access to this facility and Heights located in opposite sides of Hey 75 for an annual fee of $70 to residents, even less if you are a senior. You can also get a membership if you aren't a resident of the city. It costs a few dollars more. It's a great deal since most commercial gyms cost $100 a month compared to the price here for an entire year! The hours change, so it is best to check the web or call the main number. It's usually open until 10pm on weeknights, excluding Fridays, but closes earlier on the weekends.

These blue bags are how the city picks up recycling at our curb once a week. I had such a letter and needed to get some blue bags. They are fairly inexpensive to buy if you don't happen to have a letter. The woman at the counter was so pleasant and cheerful! Richardson is a great city to live in. We are lucky to have such great city services: trash pickup twice per week and recycling pickup once per week. Also a Babic- Brush and Bulky Item Collection can be scheduled for larger bulky trash items (furniture, old appliances, etc) weighing over 50 pounds, brush and tree trimmings, etc. The pickup day is the same as your recycling day. This varies depending on where you live within the city. You can go to the city website www.cor.net for more information or to schedule your bulky pickup. There is also a phone app "My Richardson" where you can also schedule through. So convenient and easy!
