The young lady that did my nails was preoccupied- with what I don't know. She punctured me more than once never apologizing just with a smear. She also spoke little English so communication was a problem. I would not grace this place again with my presence. She was pretty busy so another girl painted and added my rainbow powder, but she was really good too, I just didnt get her name. Just terrible , i do not recommend this to anyone the shape that they gave me was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE , HORRIBLE even.

Wish I would have taken pictures of my full set before I got home and repainted them myself..but there was so many things wrong with my acrylics and I didn't notice till after I left. My pinky nails are super thin..one of my thumb nails was filed extremely crooked, and the acrylic isn't evenly applied on several nails. I picked out the color bubble bath by OPI..and decided it was too pink for my taste..so she pulled out a porcelain nude color by daisy dnd..applied 4 coats too many that refused to dry 4 hours later..so I removed the nail polish and applied my own. i would give this place ZERO stars if i could. kandi is the rudest, most money hungry person i have encountered in my life. long story short, my nails chipped within a day of getting them done so i went back. i went in they fixed it, but a day later they're chipped again. and when i went in, kandi didn't even acknowledge me. when i asked for her to fix them for what would be the third time, she never wrote back to me. so i asked for a refund and she said no and wanted to charge me $25 to get them done again. what a rip off! and not to mention, this place is not sanitary at all. the pictures shown below are not mine, but the person has received an infection from getting a pedicure there. think twice about coming here as customer service is clearly not their priority. read more

I went for EYELASH EXTENTIONS with candy and she got glue inside my eye on my eye ball i had to go to emergancy and my eye hurt so bad. This was excruciating pain I was crying it was the worst experience ever. I had to miss work and go to eye specialist because of all this and i have now tried to ask for there insurance information and they will not give it to me. I do not understand how people can be so mean and cause an accident and not want to give me there insurance information. I now have to miss more days of work to go to court and file a claim against the buisness. They have since removed their eyelash sign that they had outside but I took pictures before they removed it also I took pictures of the eyelash station and everything but now they claim that they don't do eyelashes but when they open they had eyelash sign outside. And when I call Andy the owner and his wife candy pretend that they do not even know me and they know nothing of what ever happened. I am in shock over this on how people can be so cruel. read more

I drive all the way from the Hemet area to come here because this is such a great place. I think I've been assisted by every nail tech here and have never had a bad experience with any of them! They always do a through job, and I never feel like they are rushing regardless of how busy it is. They offer bottled water, which is such a nice little extra thing. My nails always come out great. The pedicures here are really awesome too. I love the color selection. Most of all, this has been the cleanest nail place that I've ever been to! I wanted this place to be better. I've been three times. The first time was amazing. Although the gel began lifting well before it should (at 1.5 weeks), I was super pleased. Second time, I had a decent experience and gel manicure lasted about 1.5 weeks. This last time though, not so much. I do upgrade my services and including tip spend right around $80-$90. At this price I do expect my mani/pedi to last 2 weeks. I always get the gel but for whatever reason my toes never get put under the light...they are left to air dry. This last visit, they finished up my services and didn't get my payment. 45 minutes later, they say I'm done and can leave. I explained that I needed to pay. I get home and my toes are still wet and of course got ruined. I had the service on Thursday morning and it is now Sunday night...the gel on one of my nails has began lifting. I glued it back down but I'm not happy about it. A mani/pedi that I just got 4 days ago was practically a waste. I won't be going back. read more

While searching for a really good nail place not too far away from my house this place had everything I needed.I'm giving it a 5 star is because I loved how the nail technician did my gel manicure. She took her time she even asked me twice before starting if I wanted gel manicure or acrylic nails. Which was very nice of her to ask me before I decide what I wanted to do. I Called ahead of time before I "walked in" the girl that answered the phone said they would take me for a gel mani/pedi right away.... well I went in and sat over 20 min.waiting. When I asked how much longer the little young boy walked away ignoring my question, TWICE! They definitely don't have organization within the nail shop and poor communication/people skills. I will gladly take my business and money to another shop that will be glad to help me out. Never again will I step foot in USA nails! I hope the children running the nail salon are of age? I overheard a woman recommend this nail studio while I was shopping. My daughter and I decided to give it a try and we were so pleased!! It was a little bit of a wait but I'm sure glad we stayed. I had to wait two hours even though I made an appointment days before. The nail tech was rude and didn't make sure my nails were even so they turned out completely different lengths and sizes. I was then significantly overcharged. When I came back for a refund they claimed they could only redo them. The same lady as before just shaved the nails down, still didn't even check if they were even and left the tip of the nail sharp. The shape was originally coffin but the nails that were shaved down turned out square. I will NEVER be going back and I don't recommend anyone to get their nails done here. We moved here from Ontario almost a year ago and I was still traveling to Ontario to get my nails done. I'm one of those "dedicated" people that when I find someone good at their craft, I stay with them as long as I can. Unfortunately, the drive and time spent was getting to me, so I decided to search for a new place. After much research with the help of the Yelp reviews, I was disappointed that it seemed like no one in the Menifee area had great reviews. But, then I ran into someone while shopping that had beautiful nails and she referred me to USA Nails. On my first visit, I had my nails (fills) done by Andi and his son, "Q" gave me a pedicure. Both did excellent jobs and I especially loved the way Andi did my nails and "Q" made my feet feel so soft! Just had my first appointment with Tony and Michael. what a great Salon. My Husband went there first on Wed evening, He enjoyed his Pedicure and Manicure so much he told me to make an appointment. He never likes nail salons because of the smell. Michael did a wonderful job on my Manicure perfect. Tony is amazing with his Pedicures as well. Sanitation is very important to me. If I can give them 0 stars I would, I called at 11:30am to make an appointment at their earliest availability for 2 pedi and a SNS set. They said 1:30pm would be the best time, so I came in at 1:20pm a little earlier to make sure I got there on time. When I walked in, one of the lady with a client said in Vietnamese "your 1:30pm appointment is here" to another lady with a different client. She then say Hi in English to confirm her assumptions, and we sat down waiting for someone to at least sit us at a chair to soak our feet for our pedis. We sat for 10-15 minutes at the super small and waiting area until we asked a couple sitting at the pedi chairs who looks like they been waiting for a while, if they got their pedicures started yet, and they both said no... mind you, EVERYONE that was working had a client they were still working on... and they had four people (the couple sitting at the chair and us waiting to even get to the chair)... IF YOU CAN'T HONOR MY APPOINTMENT TIME DON'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT! ESPECIALLY IF I CALLED BEFORE HAND!
