Roman, You've left me with no choice, but to send you a message on here. It's been months since we've given our deposit and you're not answering to any of our calls, texts or emails. I was advised by you that the gate can be done and installed within two weeks from the date the deposit check is received. From our record, it shows that the deposit check was cashed on 10/29/2019. I am highly disappointed at the poor service received as the deposit was much more than 70% of the contract. I have been trying to get a hold of you in regards to the status before Thanksgiving and it is now almost end of January and I still have not heard back. If I don't hear back from you, I will be filing a complaint to the BBB and will be forced to pursue legal actions. read more

I hired Roman to do a railings for my house in Oakland hills, he did a great job and his price was very good compared to other people I saw and they didn't seemed to be knowledgeable as Roman.. Well, I should have read some reviews of ghosting before the job we did for USA Metals Design. I liked these guys when they came over to make final adjustments to the file we were to waterjet cut. Roman and his partner ok'd the job and we rushed it through before the holiday break. Then they totally disappeared and owe us thousands of dollars. We made over a dozen phone calls and sent emails and not a single response over the past weeks. Like the other reviewers, We will be looking for legal remedies later this week if we do not hear back from you guys. read more

Hired the company to do my railings, nice guys came to the house and gave me quote. They asked for a deposit and I gave them half of the total amount. It's been several weeks I've been trying to get in contact with them and no answer. They took my deposit and now I'm left with hiring a different company to do the work, I will not recommend this company, I will say RUN they are not honest people. Last week, I had the misfortune of having my neighbor dent my garage door. Not only did I need the door replaced, but also the railings were off alignment and bent. I decided to call these guys, and I'll tell you what... The reviews don't lie! These guys were very professional and got the job done quicker than I imagined. 5 star service, and I can get my car out of the garage! Roman and his coworker did a fantastic job. We had a old wooden balcony railing that wasn't in the style of our house. Roman helped me design a contemporary railing with a wooden table to better enjoy the sunsets. What was derived is a real bespoke creation. They were reliable and trustworthy. We liked the balcony railing so much that I hired him right off the bat to do the railings on our stair cases. Roman does high-quality work for a reasonable price. Amazing! While backing out of my garage, the remote accidently got pressed and as i was backing out of the garage the door started to close so I backed the garage door off of the track and broke the door leaving everything all sorts of bent up. They responded and was there to fix it right the next day on time! Without them i would be so out of luck!:)  5stars!! read more

I highly recommend USA Metals Design with absolutely no reservations. I'm nitpicky, and Roman and Anton way exceeded my expectations. My dad's getting older and has a front porch railing that needed to be extended (his railing did not go to the bottom of the stairs). The house was built 65+ years ago and the railing was custom designed. Roman and Anton said they could match the design no problem and for a very good price. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to come out and get the job done, and the job they did was excellent. The raililng is sturdy, matches the design perfectly, edges are smooth, and it's safe. Roman stated clearly that the price he quoted included priming but not painting, but later he said that if I provided the paint, they would paint it for me for the same price. That was just super cool of him and we really appreciated the great paint job. In addition, Roman and Anton were both totally professional, efficient, nice, and patiently and respectfully answered all of our many questions. Thank you so much guys!! read more
