Upon walking into the store, there was a security guard at the entrance who seemed to be mean mugging customers-maybe to deter thievery. But really, it's just off putting. And I walked in and didn't feel comfortable enough to look around after making my return. On the other hand, the customer service was efficient and cordial. There was a nice selection of sizes, colors & finishes for the training lines I wanted. My son also found some Nike yoga pieces that he liked as well. Good price. Good Value. My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. There were literally only 2 people in front of us and we were in line 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my 15% in store reward from my Nike app was NOT applied. I returned to the store but couldn't get anyone's attention to address. Had to leave annoyed in order to get back to work.

I've come here a bunch of times, but today was by far my best experience!…read more I came in fully expecting to order tires and have to come back another day for installation. I went to the Tire Center and met Richard, who took the time to review my previous tire order from five years ago. While looking it over, he noticed a discrepancy between the tire size I had purchased and the recommended size for my car. Instead of just relying on what was in the system, Richard had me pull my car around to the back so he could personally check the recommended tire size. That extra step really stood out to me and was above and beyond what I expected. He confirmed that the previous set of tires I purchased here were actually not the correct size for my car. We picked out the correct tires, and just my luck, they were in stock! Even better, it was only an hour before closing and they were still able to get me taken care of. I walked in expecting to place an order and come back later, and I'm leaving today with a brand-new set of properly sized tires. I'm thrilled with the service and really appreciate Richard's attention to detail. He could have easily just sold me another set based on my previous purchase, but instead he took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what my car needed. Excellent customer service! Thank you Richard!

I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found.
