He then provided us an amazing discount ($100 on top of the already discounted mattress) to bring the mattress we wanted within our budget. He also threw in an electric adjustable bed frame for FREE ($500 value). Also, they threw in the delivery, setup, and haul away for free ($150 value). There was no way I turn that offer down and is why they earned my business that day. Fast forward to delivery, and the experience was flawless. They provided me a 2 hour window and they showed up when expected. They were wearing mattress firm branded uniforms and were kind and polite. They hustled and assembled my bed frame with no issues and were out the door in less than 15-20 min. Great experience start to finish with this location.

The delivery came (tracking info sent was awesome) but the customer service STOPPED there. They sent the wrong cover for 1 of my pieces. I contacted the store the same day to explain the issue. That was 26 Aug. It is now 9 Sep and I can't get anyone to care about getting me the right cover. I have exchanged texts 5 different times asking for help and I am no where closer to a fix for their own mistake. Buyer beware...the sale is all these people are worried about it seems. UPDATE 9 Sep: the key to good customer service is to text them after hours...then you get someone committed to helping that is not your store. Found out after 2 weeks of excuses they are waiting for me to return their wrongly shipped cover FIRST before they will send the right one. I could go on forever about how bad of service that practice is.... UPDATE 15 Sep: shipped back the wrong covers that were delivered to them Friday. Today is Tues. NOTHING yet on repeated texts for updates on when they would fix their own mistake.

They let me sit on the sac, but when I was ready to purchase they completely bypassed me and helped those they thought would purchase. Finally when the gentleman in the store comes around to helping me, I ask him the price and if there were any discounts and he says no. I leave the store. The next day I go back into the store to make the purchase. Same exact thing happens except this time IM LITERALLY LOOKING AT A SIGN THAT SAYS 20% OFF OF EVERYTHING FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.... and bring it to his attention... he still says the sale doesn't apply in store. I call customer service, explain the situation and they say they will honor the discount of 35% from the flash sale and to stand by - they will call me the very next day. I hear NOTHING! I contact them and the lady treats me as if I'm lying about the 35% off. She finds in the system, yes that was the arranged deal... and tells me someone will follow back up.... I'm still waiting for the call. I can spend my money else where! Clearly this company doesn't care about the consumer - and I won't force them to take my money! Not only was he such a joy to talk to, he was also very knowledgeable on every product that we inquired about on the floor. I was in the hunt for a new couch, and what I thought I liked (from ads online) ended up not being my favorite, but Nikko was so willing to show us various models and eventually we found the right one that really reminded me of a super costly couch from a different company that I was eyeing on (as a dream purchase). Nikko was willing to work with us and we truly feel like the value of the couch we purchased was reasonable. We are so lucky to not have to deal with people who resemble aggressive car salesmen. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for furniture needs, as this place is massive and actually has a nice selection of furniture. When we later had a question, we spent several minutes walking the showroom trying to find her and genuinely don't believe she was even on the floor anymore. So we approached another associate who was sitting nearby. He was the only bright spot in this entire experience -- friendly, attentive, and immediately willing to help. He walked us across the store and was in the middle of assisting us when a manager abruptly stepped in and pulled him aside, within earshot, over what was clearly some internal issue. It honestly felt like the original saleswoman saw him helping us and went to report it. Suddenly it turned into this awkward, cringey situation where we felt like we had gotten him in trouble just for asking a question. Completely inappropriate to handle that in front of customers. The manager then stepped in, said maybe one sentence to us, got a phone call, and walked away -- never to return. Moments later, the original saleswoman magically reappeared. Meanwhile, we could hear multiple employees gossiping and talking about each other across the floor. The entire place felt more like a high school than a professional retail store. On our way out, it somehow got even worse -- the manager and the original saleswoman were off talking in one corner, while other employees were gathered and chatting in another, forcing us to awkwardly weave our way through the store just to leave. The only person who acted professionally was the male associate who helped us after we asked -- he did absolutely nothing wrong and deserves better than that environment. Between the disorganization, the visible staff drama, and the lack of basic professionalism, we were so turned off that we left immediately. Completely unacceptable experience, and we won't be returning.

I decided to give them a call back and he proceeded to have a screaming match with me over the phone denying ever hanging up in my face/never calling me back! STELLAR customer service! If I could I would have refunded every penny I spent here at this awful store. We originally rated MW a 5 based on the initial experience, and because they asked us to provide a review, but just read on... Part #2: Delivery day - the delivery company called and arrived on time but then the driver informed us that they could not take away our old mattress because of a stain (a coffee spill in 2009) because of "COVID restrictions." (picture attached) He called his dispatcher who was an incredibly rude robot who could only repeat (4 times) the line "we cannot remove a mattress with a stain." In response to the question of what options do we have... her response was the same. The delivery men basically ran out before we could anything. We called Amir who said he would speak with his district manager about the removal of our mattress and that he would call back that day. Needless to say - no call back, and we have a king size mattress still sitting in our bedroom. After spending nearly $6000 with this firm, their so-called "white glove delivery" is anything but customer friendly; it's insultingly rude. I would turn to a more reputable firm in the future. Part #3: Dashed hope - on Weds Nov 30th we received an email, text message, and voice mail from the delivery service stating that they will pick up the old mattress on Friday between 10 AM - 1 PM. We thought great, our messages had gotten through and they were correcting their mistake. On Friday the delivery truck called when they were "10 minutes away"; two hours later - no show. I called the delivery service and was told that some peon, John Gibson had recalled the delivery service and they wouldn't be picking up the mattress. Three voicemails later, this Gibson person refuses to return my calls. We called Mattress Warehouse and spoke with the District Manager, Winston who said that he never heard of them coming back to pick up a stained mattress. SOMEONE made a decision - emails, text messages, and voicemails don't just trigger and the delivery truck was on its way until Gibson recalled it. Winston was going to look into it on Friday and get back to us within two hours - no calls and after we left messages - again no return phone calls. Several subsequent phone calls have not been returned. Just presenting the facts - if customers choose to deal with this shady business - buyer beware!

I strongly suggest that people looking for a self-storage unit avoid this company and consider all the other options. Here is a summary of my experience. * The initial monthly rate for a 10x15 storage unit (2nd floor and away from the elevator) was $298.92 (January 2022). The rate when I terminated my contract - November 15, 2025 - was $435.00. CubeSmart increases their rates on a yearly basis and the increases are significant and non-negotiable. * During the recent Federal government shutdown, I contacted CubeSmart to request a deferment of a payment and they refused to cooperate. I spoke with the manager of the location where my unit was located; as well as customer service (several times); and a District Manager by the name of Michael Jones. * Payment for my unit was due on November 8th. Despite my request for the company to defer the payment due until the Federal government shutdown was resolved, I received a notice on November 14, indicating that my payment was late; a late fee had been applied to my account; my entry code was disabled and my unit was locked until I made full the payment due, in full. I terminated my contract and emptied my storage unit on November 14th and moved my belongings to one of CubeSmart's competitors. CubeSmart lost me as customer who was in good standing because they were so unbelievably unfriendly and unwilling to negotiate deferment of one monthly payment.
