My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. I called to make an appointment for a tire rotation and was put on hold for so long, I forgot I was on hold and tried to make another call only to discover it had been 18 minutes of silence with nobody coming back to the line. I called back and was unapologetically told they had people in the store waiting so I needed to wait and it could be another 15-20 minutes. I came in today for a tire rotation and was early for my 11:30 appt. It takes about 20 mins to rotate tires, so I would expect to be out around noon; however, this location is notorious for not knowing how to manage their time. The woman working the counter told me my car would be the next in the bay and the work would be started within 15 minutes, completed in AN HOUR AND A HALF. Excuse me?! Are they hand cranking the lug nuts? Fast forward to 1 PM, I get the call and assume my car is ready. No. They just pulled it in and hadn't even started. When I asked what happened, one of the workers called the manager over because I was apparently giving him attitude. The manager and I had a cordial conversation and I gave him candid feedback that was received apologetically. My car was done in 20 mins as expected. The manager said they're short staffed today. I told him this is an ongoing problem that I only encounter at this Costco. He said he will talk with his staff. A manager has always promised this when I inevitably have to talk to them. I will say the lady who works the front desk had much less attitude than the last time I was here. The tire center needs to recognize their customers' time is valuable and not all of us have 2+ hours to kill at Costco for a 20 min tire rotation.

When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!
