I have reached out on multiple occasions by phone, email and the contact us section of their website. They have done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Most recently I called and sent two emails. 3 business days have gone by without them responding to me. The storage unit is way too expensive for the bad customer service, the inability to connect with someone when there's a problem, and the filthy conditions. Rent a storage unit anywhere else. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
