My 10x15 unit has an overhead light which is very helpful at night; good outdoor illumination throughout the property. The storage slab is about an inch above the driveway, with a solid lip, so there's no danger of flooding. Units are pretty new, appear to be mostly metal construction, so there's no fire hazard. Gate entrance hours are something like 600am to 900pm, which I like as people aren't coming and going in the middle of the night. Completely satisfied. 5 stars.

Despite trying our best to make sure everything was secured, our unit is infested with mice. We're about to move out of state, and all of our items are covered in mice droppings. We found a bag of rat poison that was placed in the unit, which the mice had found, but we weren't notified that there was a possible infestation. The quality control of this facility is absolutely embarrassing.

I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.

They keep their grounds very well maintained and cleaner than any other place I've rented (which in turn, helps keep the insides of the units cleaner as well), and their staff has always been super accommodating and friendly. It feels more family-like than business-like. If I could rate them a sixth star, I would.
