I was told that I would receive paperwork to file a claim, yeah right. I never received any paperwork, called back and just got more excuses. My 10x15 unit has an overhead light which is very helpful at night; good outdoor illumination throughout the property. The storage slab is about an inch above the driveway, with a solid lip, so there's no danger of flooding. Units are pretty new, appear to be mostly metal construction, so there's no fire hazard. Gate entrance hours are something like 600am to 900pm, which I like as people aren't coming and going in the middle of the night. Completely satisfied. 5 stars.

They should have a way to make it so someone who has multiple units can simply PICK which unit to make a payment on. So far, only two log ins and two passwords accomplish this. The container itself is extremely clean, secure, and built to handle the Oregon weather without any issues. Everything I've stored inside has stayed dry and well protected, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What really stands out is how easy and convenient the whole process has been. Access is simple, the container is sturdy and well maintained, and it's been a perfect solution for extra storage. Never have I dealt with a more incompetent worker! There was a new lady there who I've never seen…read moreor worked with (this was the last weekend of May 2021), Martee I believe, and she had no idea what she was doing. I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
