The business is locally owned--I'm a believer in supporting local small business. And it's the owner, Kelly, who seals the deal. She manages the entire facility herself and treats people with courtesy, warmth, and respect, even when they do things they're not supposed to. Like me, for example. One evening, I went to the facility with a big moving truck, not realizing it was after hours. As me and my riends were moving furniture into the truck, Kelly appeared. She respectfully advised me of the security protocols. Most companies would have insisted I leave immediately; but this was my only opportunity to get my furniture for my new apartment. Understanding this, Kelly agreed to let me continue loading the truck and do what I needed to do, while she stayed on premise. This may not seem like much, but she really didn't have to do it. She could have called the police on me or ordered me off the property. But she didn't. Not only was I able to get moved, but her actions protected all her other customers interests, as well. I fell on hard times shortly thereafter and was unable to keep up with the rent. Despite being behind in rent, Kelly worked with me with compassion and kindness until I was able to get back on my feet. My experience with Kelly and Lock N Go has been superb; I wish more businesses were operated the way Kelly does hers. If I could give her ten stars, I would.

Reported to office staff. "Leave a key. It will be fixed in one to two weeks." Visit July 9, 2026: No light. Went to office. Staff says workman fixed it. NO, it DOESN'T WORK! How about a new locker? First locker shown, NO LIGHT! Second locker has a light. Staff hands me the keys and asks if i can fill out paperwork today. Sure! AND MOVE TODAY. No, I am disabled, I can not do it. Staff: You don't want to rake up charges on a SECOND locker, so you need to move quickly. I SHOULDN'T have to pay for a SECOND locker, since the problem is YOURS. And, I need to find help to move. It may take me a while. Staff: Give me back the keys. Let me know when you can move. When I moved in, they thought it needed a new lightbulb. The office staff DON'T have any? Hand me a buld and I'LL do it MYSELF. IF they had TRIED to replace the bulb to start with (how about BEFORE RENTING IT), they would have known it was a LIGHT BULB SOCKET/WIRING problem. But this one definitely does NOT and has a "not our problem" attitude. This is not a one star review only because yes, they do have parking spots to store an RV in South Salem. So a star for that. If you're flexible about location, look elsewhere and ask questions about security measures. Edited 5/16: There is a tall security fence with imposing looking barbed wire and a sign that says Security Camera in Use on the front gate. But in the back, the cyclone fence is 5' tall, no barbed wire. And the only security camera is in the front by the gate. Thieves totally use the front gate, right?

I've worked a lot of jobs, and totally understand being new and having to adjust to a new job. But this level of ineptitude was unmanageable. She didn't know any policies or rates, and kept referring to her "field supervisor" who of course I couldn't speak to for some reason. I probably won't be going back there anymore because of it. I hope they figure out how to train new employees or get rid of her.
